Great Daily Driver
I've owned this car for about 1.5 years now and I'm very happy with it. I purchased the 2.0L Ecoboost Titanium and am very happy with the motor. Given its a relatively small CUV that turbo definitely adds a nice kick in the rear and makes highway driving quite enjoyable. Going from 60+ to your desired speed is almost unnoticeable with this engine. In terms of comfort I spend about 95% of the time in the drivers seat. I have taken it on long and short hauls and have found no discomfort. The leather seating is very good and wear holds up quite well. Still looks brand new on the inside after 25k miles. The passengers also have never complained about that side. Two medium to large adult males can fit comfortably in the rear and there is no shortage of leg space. Once you up the number to 3 it does turn a bit cramped but I wouldn't say its unbearable given the segment this car falls into. Trunk space has always been great and even with items piled high visibility is still good throughout he rear window. Can fit 4 peoples things in the rear for a 5-7d vacation along with other misc items pretty easily. In terms of infotainment it is well designed and everything can be accessed easy via the touchscreen. Nothing seems like it's too complicated to understand. The only downside is the Nav system. Although I rarely use it since I prefer Google Maps, I have noticed it is very picky with how you enter locations and sometimes it does not recognize cities. My biggest complaints would probably be the body roll on the car when taking on/off ramps at speeds > 40+mph. I had driven CUVs (Mazda CX5) where the turning felt much more natural, similar to a sedan, than it does in there car. It feels like many G's are pushed against you even at low speeds. Another small complaint would be console storage space. Although the arm rest is relatively deep and does allow for a fair amount of items the visible space is almost non existent. You basically have 2 cup holders of space to work with. If those are full you resort to putting your phone between the handbrake area. If you have coins and other loose items prepare to throw them in the door slot or arm rest. Mechanically speaking I have yet to have a problem with this car. The only shop trips Ive taken are for routine maintenance and for a door latch recall. I did have one relatively major electrical issue which affected many components however that was believed to be a battery issue, which was replaced under warranty, and I have not had the problem since. Definitely reliable and comfortable. Many nice features on the Titanium package and the 2.0L turbo adds a nice kick. Best sale price on the market considering the amenities and holds a great resale value.

This is not a SUV
I have owned escapes in the past. I have been happy with the older style (2008 for example) but new style exscape are NOT SUVs. This is a car do not think of this as anything even close to an SUV. The interior got smaller, the storage is less, the back tailgate window no longer opens, ground clearance is lower. Besides being disappointed with the "CAR" I have also had a few problems with it. Heating problems and shifting cable.

Favorite car I've owned
This car runs so smooth, I barley feel pot holes I hit with it. It's so quiet and it runs so well! It is absolutely beautiful and I love being seen in it! I love the space it offers for my new family (especially a car seat)! We had to get a bigger car because of the car seat! I think it's an amazing mommy car!

Escape Titanium
Bit overpriced for the amount of maintenance have had with so little miliage. So glad purchased extended warranty cause have had to use it more than once. The glove compartment is the worst design , things fall out upon opening. I loved my previous Focus so much are days wish I hadn't traded it be in.

I buy used so somebody else pays for "new"
I bought this 2014 Titanium Escape on Friday. Got a good deal on a low mileage vehicle. I have always been a Ford girl. I am amazed how "fancy" it is and can't wait to figure out all the bells and whistles. I don't like rating the reliability since I just got it but am confident from the reviews that I will be pleased.
