Too bad it looks great.

Too bad it looks great. When the a/c breaks down, $800 must be at a ready. The whole dash must be removed. What happened to easy work on your vehicle. The payment is equivalent in price as repairs. Not satisfied with this product.

I miss my Yukon

This has to be the least favorite car I’ve owned. I’be already had the steering wheel replaced, the passenger seat recovered, the sunroof has leaked, the transmission sucks and my infotainment screen randomly goes black and my car play periodically doesn’t work. For as much as we spent on this vehicle I cannot stand it.

Bad transmission

Major transmission problems but for will not admit that it does. So be careful I will sell before my warranty runs out. Good luck for the next person who will buy it.

Transmission Gearbox Trouble

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Great but console has an issue

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Nice truck except cracked screen

Nice truck. I would be very happy if my cracked screen would be repaired or been repaired in a timely manner. Truck is nice. Customer service sucked!

Big Rig to Pull an Airstream

Bought the biggest auto I've ever owned and didnt know what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised by the engineering and craftsmanship that Ford put into this vehicle. The fit and finish is exceptional, it is attractively designed, the interior of our Limited is very nice and there's lots of tech to help drive this behemouth. The thing that surprised me most was the quickness and agility of this very big car. It's no sports car, but has an abundance of power and takes corners quite well. Good job Ford!
