A joy to drive my Ford Explorer

Pure comfort and handles like a dream. Plenty of power for any job we need it to do. Looking forward to many years of the pleasure of owning my 1914 Ford Explorer.

I. Love. This. Car.

The Ford Explorer Sport has it all! Power everything, memory seats and mirrors, dual moon roofs, DVD players in headrests with wireless headphones, heated and air conditioned front seats, dual zone temperature control, keyless entry, and a super responsive and POWERFUL engine! Safety features galore--air bags everywhere--dual stage front airbags, front knee airbags, safety canopy, plenty of hook-ups for child seats, collision alert, automatic breaking, blindside alert in side mirrors, SOS post-crash alert! Plus all the fun stuff like MyFord Touch, SYNC services, Sirius Satellite, Rear View Camera, Navigation, Sony Audio System all while riding on a sweet sporty suspension!

Thrilled with my 2014 Explorer

Previously had a 2009 Edge that I really liked but wanted to get back to a full size SUV. Bought this Explorer about a month ago and so far so good! Very roomy and handling is very smooth. Buying it a few years old allowed me to get all of the features I wanted for a good price.

Explorer

This SUV met all the demands we were looling for in a vehicle. However when we took it back to the dealer for them to detail it they powerwashed it and chipped some of the finish off of the front grill. We brought this to their attention and they stated they would make it right. We have been to the dealership 3 times now and it is still not fixed. I will say they have tried but the men doing the work were incompetent and we will now schedule a day when one of the workers that stated he could have it done in a day can do the work. I will continue to have patience with them. The people that work there seem very nice and seem like they want to do the right thing. As of now I will be a return customer to this dealership.

Mom gets rid of van for a cool looking SUV

I love the sleek look and the roomy interior. I love the color! It drives so smoothly! The remote start was an added bonus along with new tires.

Plush ride Exploring an Explorer

Drove this Limited today after driving an Acadian base and there was no comparison what so ever. The Limited was double the Acadian with the cheap mirrors. On mirrors alone the Explorer outshone the other. The ride was exhilarating and the motor purrs away from the stop light, probably burning fuel faster than Suncor can make it but it was pure luxury. Made a commitment to own so I will take ownership in a few days. You only live once to live it the best way you can afford.

2014 Ford Explorer

Roomy interior, vehicle is quiet and drives well, tows a 14' trailer nicely, and the gas mileage isn't too bad for an SUV.

Great Vehicle....... basic design shortcoming

We had an Explorer Sport. Great Vehicle overall but it is based on a car chassis. This causes the seating to be to far to the center of the vehicle creating blind spots and reducing storage areas in the now narrower center console.
