Pretty to look at
I drove this and then 2010-12 Pilots and Highlanders. I personally love the look of the Explorer and having third row thought maybe if be taking Ford for another roll. I thought that the even older models on the others rode much nicer though than the Explorer. Id say the Explorer had a rugged ride. It did have all of the bells and whistles on it which was one of the biggest reasons it helped get my attention. At the same time though there were so many complaints on reviews about issues with the sync or the motors having issues that I just couldn't chance going this route. I was told by the salesman that I believe 2014 and up they improved the sync.

Newest car I've owned.
We are expecting and will have 5 children, so the explorer is perfect for what we need! It has plenty of room and it's not so big that I can't park it. We love the bells and whistles as well!

Rattling junk Shop queen
Cheaply built, rattles, AC doesn't cool, in and out of dealership for maintenance. Will NEVER buy another FIX OR REPAIR DAILY product. NEVER.

I rented this suv and i fell inlove with it.
I am a family of 4.5 if you include our puppy. This SUV met all of our needs, we fell in-love with it when we rented the 2016 Ford Explorer.

By far the best car I have ever bought, good price
This car is exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, very nice interior, black leather, great features, drives great. This car is in great condition inside and out. Has all the bells and whistles. And the price was the best we had seen for everything that is offered

This vehicle had everything I needed. 3Rd row,sun roof, navigation, most of the bells and whistles. Only grip is trailer hitch needs to a true trailer hitch for towing.

I am very impressed with my first ever Explorer
I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport and could not be more happy with this vehicle. I also own a 2015 BMW 335i and I find I am reaching for the Explorer keys more often. If you are on the fence about the regular engine or the Twin Turbo found in the Sport I would recommend the latter. The Sport not only has an abundant of power which helps to make it feel lighter, it also has a much improved suspension so it does not float so to speak like the base model does. It is a fun SUV to drive! And this is from someone who use to own a Jeep SRT8. Its firmly planted during above average spirited driving. Passing on the highway is a breeze as the turbo's spool up real quick. As for the interior it is very user friendly and well designed. I honestly do not see a enormous quality difference between my Explorer and BMW. In fact, in my opinion, I believe them to be of equal quality. My only grip is the dead pedal is in a very odd location. You will notice this once you sit in the drivers seat. It's not a deal breaker ofcourse but it does take some time to get use to. Anyhow if you are in the market for an SUV I would suggest you take a look at the Explorer.

Drives and handles amazingly!
Just traded our Acadia for this Explorer and there's no comparison. From the drive to the electronics, it's an upgrade beyond all expectations. Ford produced a great vehicle and I would recommend it everyone. At least give it a test drive!

Great SUV
Just purchased a 2016 CPO Explorer trading in a 10 year old Suburban. Size was an initial concern but our family fits well now. Great car that is amazingly fun to drive
