2017 Ford F-150 consumer reviews

Purchased this truck a year and a half ago. Only repair was torque converter and that was all. She is a great truck and plenty power. Rides like a new truck.

I have owned F150's for most of my 60+ years. This 2017 has not disappointed. It has a V8, crew cab, 4WD and a short bed. I bought this with 11K miles in 2018 and now 2022 it has 85K now. I love my truck and plan on driving it until it has 150k.

I bought a 2017 f150 2.7 liter 4x4. I bout it with 80,000 on it. The day I got it rear main leak. Dealer fixed it. Then the cam phasers, timing chain, tensioner and left front turbo went out. Thank goodness I got the warranty. Any way 1 and half months later I got it back. Fingers crossed, left a bad taste in mouth. I would recommend a f150 keep in mind they are mass produced and there are thousands on the road.

The 2017 was the first generation of the 10 speed transmission... I have been in the service center 2x for the transmission.. I have heard through talking with other truck enthusiasts that this was a huge problem year for Ford 10 speed. Supposedly they have gotten better over the years.. But I am stuck with mine...

My ford f-150 truck has plenty of legroom. The pickup on this truck is great. It also has plenty of usb ports and ac outlets.

This thing was supposed to be my dream truck, but is a nightmare, 5 star ford of Dallas is worst dealership in Texas, don't go there

This is my second f150 powered by the Ecoboost 3.5L. The first was new in 2011, 224,000mi it was time to part ways. This truck came used a 2017 again with the 3.5L Ecoboost, but 3.55 rears vs the 11 having the 3.73. Lots of pulling power, lots of 9,000lbs trailer towing in the hills of western PA.

Loved Fords but they broke me by selling me a vehicle with a bad motor and knew it. Under warranty but it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on I kid u not. Multiple dealers refuse to touch it as they know it’s gonna require a lot of time to fox

We just picked up our F150 and are very pleased with it. The 5.0 liter engine is very strong, and the truck rides better than most cars we’ve tried. Beautiful inside and out.

Only owned for 3 days and only driven about 110 miles but so far this truck is awesome, I keep finding more and more features daily as i mess with things and watch videos, I am coming from a 1998 Chevy blazer and this F-150 has touch screen radio and usb ports to hook up phone. plenty of room inside the truck for passengers and big 6.5 foot bed to haul whatever needed. Mine is the sport edition so all blacked out grill and all no chrome to keep polished up. it rides super nice, has plenty of power with the 2.7 Ecoboost turbo engine. cab is so quiet driving down the road. ride height you feel high enough with other vehicles on the road. love the sync system.
