This truck has been extremely reliable. 249641 miles to date and no major issues. I keep it serviced and I work it hard. I pull a loaded gooseneck trailer every day. The only issues I have, 1; exhaust manifold on driver's side just cracked this week. 2; Ford needs desperately to fix the fueling problems on gas trucks. Charcoal canister and vent hose clogging is extremely irritating. I had an 05, 5.4 liter that did this as well. Pump half a gallon and gas blows back and pump shuts off. Takes forever to fill up. And I fill up almost daily! Time is money!!! Ford has had plenty of time to come up with a fix for this. But as of yet, nothing!! Fix that problem and I would absolutely love this truck.

I love my new truck, homestead motors did a great job I heard a little noise in the front end all it needed was greased a little bit they jumped right on it and showed me how everything worked first day owning it and put it right to work has a trailer hooked to it right now and it’s super comfortable!

It has the 6.7l PowerStroke diesel and is a beast. It pulls my 40 foot 5th wheel easily. Fuel economy is good except when towing. Very reliable and never in the shop except for normal service.

I am a contractor who travels two to three hours in any direction and will pull trailers and equipment. So, I needed a truck with plenty of power and engine longevity. I determined what I needed was a used truck with at least a 3/4 ton capacity with a good size Diesel engine that had not been ragged out. So, that’s what I found. I located a 2012 Ford F-250 Lariat with a 6.7 Power Stroke engine bearing 121488 miles. The truck had new tires and was in, what I considered, great visible shape despite its age. To make the truck even more appealing it had been retro-fitted with remote activated air bags and pump that can be inflated when a heavy load (i. e., fifth-wheel trailer) is attached. The 4x4 works great and can either be electronically activated on-the-fly or the hubs can be locked either way. If I get in a position where I lose traction I can pull the same button out and lock the differential to give me more traction without being in four wheel drive. I have only pulled one sixteen foot trailer with sawed asphalt and can say it pulls like a dream. So, so far so good. The only thing I really don’t like is the added maintenance and up keep you have with owning a Diesel engine. The price was a little high as any diesel will be.

This truck will do anything I need it to and I plan to own it forever all the power you could ever need, it sounds good, it feels good, and starts up every time

Truck is exactly what I was looking for, it’s in great shape and very comfortable to drive. I love the interior and all the extras are great

After owning two F-250 Super Duty trucks, I tried an F-150. Sorry, couldn't do it. So I found a nice one owner at Apple Ford in York.

It has everything we were looking for and we trust and enjoy the people at this dealership, which we just met today - great guys!

This is the perfect truck for my needs. Tows my trailer like a champ and gets much better mileage than my 2014 Tundra. Interior is roomy and comfortable!
