Nice Truck
It is large and in charge! But, you don't feel like you're driving a bus. Seats are comfy. Fuel efficiency is way better than I imagined.

Despite needing >$9k in repairs as bought...
I was sold a pig-in-a-poke by the dealership. However, this truck is quite the piece of machinery! Two dealerships conspired (whether intentionally or negligently) to sell me this truck. Only when I returned from OK to FL and brought the truck in for an oil change did I learn of the concealed problems in a number of important systems. About the truck, ignoring the problems: The engine is quiet & powerful, the suspension eats rough roads like a hungry hiker eats granola. The load carrying ability is impressive, as is the towing power. The interior is vast and roomy and remarkably quiet even at 70 MPH. Cons: ) It costs ~$100 to fill the tank with Diesel @ $3.219/gallon. ) My Saturn seems tiny, mushy, and low after driving my new bad-boy. I can only give it 4 stars for Value for the Money, because the repairs were quite unexpected. Not as unexpected as being deliberately lied to. And it does cost more the double what it costs to operate the Saturn in normal driving...

Won't ever sell it!
Ford finally got it right with the 6.7 power stroke. I have 283000 miles on mine with very little shop time. I have pulled alot of heavy loads. Probably 35 percent of the time it's pulling a trailer. Like it so much we picked up a 2016 f450.;

By far the worst truck Ive ever owned. A nightmare
The truck we own is a 2011 f350 SRW Diesel 4x4 crew cab short box. By far, this has to be the worst truck Ive ever owned ( and I own more than a few to be able to compare ). Starting from the paint which peels off (even on the inside) poor performance, horrible fuel economy and constant breakdowns, both side mirrors falling right off the truck lol & electrical glitches etc etc. The truck would have put my business "out of business" if it were the only truck we owned. The dealership rarley has parts in stock and Im almost positive that when they tell me that theyve replaced parts,, theyre only repairing them and therefore stocking their shelves at the dealerships. I can almost guarantee the above mentioned. Soon after purchasing the extended warranty (the gold package) which cost us $4000.00,,, the dealership began putting our issues on the backburner from there on. Constantly being told that theyre too busy and I will have to wait a min of 2 weeks before they can assess the vehicle. Its gotten to the point where Ive decided many times to take the truck to private local shops and pay for repairs as we cant afford downtime. I was told directly from the dealership staff that I definitely got the worst lemon theyve seen in years & its gotten to the point where they almost ignore me when I go in there as they dont want deal with me out of embarrassment. I will not say that theyre all lemons, but Ive spoken to many who have numerous issues as well and I for one am not content with the way the clents get treated. The main problem I have with the company is that they dont do anything for you if you end up with the Lemon. They'll ride out your warranty period and repair whats needed for that lengh of time,,, but at the end of the day,,, you end up getting stuck with that Lemon. Ford should research the complaints, anaylize repair lists and visits to the dealerships. From therem they need to acknowledge that there are major problems out there and therefore push the clients out of their vehicles by offering to replace or compensate big time on a new purchase.. not just offer "employee pricing" . The truck has had numerous issues that should have been taken care of by the manufacturer such as Starters (3 thus far), 2 alternators, the entire cooling system has been replaced, Peeling paint which was not repaired properly (even after I paid for the majority of it), door latches breaking causing the rear door to open while making a right hand turn with my child in the back seat !!! An electrical fire which after the fact the dealership said they wouldnt be able to look at it for 2-3 weeks and that I should drop it off and wait for them to get to it. Ive been complaining to them for months about a faint burning smell in the cabin of the truck. the issue was always overlooked,,,, they said it was the exhaust system regenerating lol. The smell eventually became worse and worse, until finally the "HIGH OUTPUT CONTROL BOX" caught fire and my truck broke down in the parking lot of a GM Dealership. Note to Ford : I put my kids in this truck !!!!!!!! A message to the Ford corporation, I strongly recommend better customer care as these vehicles are expensive to purchase. The build quality has to improve drastically. WIth that said,, Ford is the best selling truck out there,,,, however in my opinion,, thats only because it sells for less money and not because its a well made vehicle. On numerous occassions, Ive asked for a complete list of all my issues since ive owned the truck and I keep getting the run around from the dealer. I would like to make the list public however, the list never came. Id also like to show it to my laywer as its caused us so much downtime. Thankfully, we also own a 1998 chev 3500 and a 1997 f250. If it werent for the two older trucks, I truly dont believe we would have been able to work a full season as its constantly in the shop. Of course, the mechanics at Ford dont work weekends, so all issues have to wait until the following week (as long as you call them before Wednesday lol.) Its a joke !! They now never have loaner trucks for guys who have to go to work. Ive found myself delivering product with my Honda Civic as they dont have loaners available. After spending almost $70K on a truck, I expected much more in regards to quality, reliability and customer service. FYI the truck is a 2011 F350 diesel with 135,000kms to date. Its not over worked at all.

Best truck I have ever owned.
This truck was the best truck ever. Crew cab, diesel, 8 ft box, and 4X4. Pulled a 36ft 5th wheel camper (16,200 lb) with ease. Plenty of power with great fuel economy. Would definitely get another.
