Very beautiful car, great for the money. Bought it the summer after I graduated high school for $9,000. I first saw it on Cars.com, and without Cars.com there is no way I would have ever found it. Very greatful

I began having problems with this car 3 days after buying it. It's been in the shop countless times since then. Ford has admitted the vehicle has a faulty transmission and has extended my warranty for that issue. While I appreciate this, it does not make up for repeatedly being without a car while it's in shop for days.

The only problem I had with the car in all four tires wears only on the inside and gets loud while driving, and the dealer and a independent shop do everything to correct the problem but could not

probably one of the best cars ive owned , i picked up the car at 48,000 kms and its still running good, once you get going in the car its easy to see why so many people like driving it, i was expecting it to be more of a car i use to take the kids out here and there but i drive it around everywhere and got rid of my other car overall if your just starting out and your looking for something that is sporty but great on gas i would look into getting one of these u wont get anything better for its price class.

Complete maintenance records with the vehicle and clean as a pin inside and out. 5 years old and is like brand new still.

This car is by far the best and most reliable car I've owned. I have the SE Hatchback. Purchased this car at 111,000 miles. For the wear and tear this car already had, I haven't had any problems what so ever. I now have the car up to 162,000 miles. Haven't replaced anything on it, just normal upkeep. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone even thinking about purchasing one.

I LOVE my car. It is sporty, has all of the options that I wanted and drives and handles excellent! I am so happy that I chose this vehicle among alot of others that I had looked at. I feel VERY safe in this vehicle. I purchased my Ford Focus from Garlitch Motors in North Vernon, Indiana and was exceptionally pleased with my sales person, Casey & finance mgr. Rob. I was so excited that my first car is a 2012 Ford Focus SE hatchback, boy did that change! December 23rd was the one year anniversary and guess where is has been since ?? The mechanic shop!!! The transmission is horrible ! Within ONE month of having it I had to bring it back for recall.. 6 months later second time completing the recall! The parts/services worker told me that she has no idea what the issue is so she can see me many more times in the year.. second of all, my front wipers do not work anymore. They turn on when my car is off.. with my keys OUT of the ignition while they are in my hand. When the car is on they do not work! I brought my car to the dealer ship and they told me it's the switch. So I bought the part and brought it to my mechanic to since I didn't have the funds to pay the labour ATM, still nothing.. while hooking the car to the snap on scanner it claims it is a module.. called ford they said that my car doesn't have a module.. called ford again to see what else the problem is.. found out there is a recall on the wiper motor for 2012 Ford Focus... but I am not qualified for it due to having a hatch back... it is only for a sedan.. Eastgate ford claimed there is nothing they can help me with even though it is the exact problem that the recall is for !!!! Such a horrible experience for my first car bought. My car has been in at a mechanic shop for a week exactly today, unable to get around and interfering with me being able to go work. I am not willing to risk driving it and getting stuck if it happens to rain/snow because I can't see while driving. Never will I purchase another ford again. Neither will my family. Lost very loyal customers !!!
