2020 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

Awful overall, underpowered nightmare. The seat heaters got hot randomly, the engine got a vapor problem after 30,000 miles and it is an awful trap of a car. I have no doubt it will break down again very soon.

I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!

Only bad thing about my car is 6mons after purchase transmission was wonkers. Now, found rust on my trunk people come on. Hoping its still covered under warranty!!

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

Love the style got the2020 S model put I upset it didn’t have a cd player in it got the 2.5 motor made by Mazda 175 HP . Not fast but OK 👍 rides great. Still turns head till this day or maybe because mines white looks like an undercover police car with tinted windows it has .

I absolutely love this car. One of the best investments I have ever made. This is the Third ford vehicle I have owned. Its got a really smooth ride. I love the safety features. I drove my Fusion from California to Ohio and back. I was averaging 725 miles to the tank. My only disappointment is that they no longer make the Ford Fusion Hybrids.

I'm a Ford person. You cant get the Ford out of me. I have always liked their style and features. And the price of my Fusion was a plus. I have always owned a Ford vehicle and they always step it up to keep my interest intrigued. All of the Ford vehicles I've owned were comfortable, sturdy, great power (motor wise) and fancy for me.

I really enjoy my fusion, For a small car it has a pretty good size trunk, I have 2 car seats & still have room for someone to sit in the middle, the safety features are nice, but I like that I can turn off the features I don’t want. Great gas mileage & smooth ride.

Safety features are too much and a little dangerous. The autocorrect when you go towards the line was the worst. When I had a semi veering into my lane, I had to go into the emergency lane a little and it was fighting me.

Love the car, had a 2005 Taurus , that run like a new one, but figured time to get a new one. Always had best of luck with a Ford
