Oldest yet best car I've ever had
I don't know why pintos get a bad rap- at least mine was the best car I have ever had. They are basically a poor man's mustang.

F.O.R.D. = found on road dead. Pinto = worse!
Ugly gold/brown color w uglier brown/beige interior. Drove like a shift truck despite being automatic. Bounced off the road w wind even though we are big people. No hauling room in the interior. Eventually the door hinges gave out & we had to wire it closed & climb in like the Dukes of Hazzard! Gas tank had a crease in it so had to get a new tank! Lots of maintenance. Nominal gas mileage for its day & size.
