It's a nice car, but....

It's no wonder why the police around here use this model. It's a very hefty car but also take a lot of gas. For me, it gets about 20 mpg average. Also I'm not a big fan of the cup holders

Off to a good start

So far so good. Had the wheels balanced and getting the A/C checked out. Balancing the wheels made a good highway driving car superb. The thing has plenty of power for getting on the highway and passing, and cruises as smooth as silk. Handles like a dream. Perfect road trip car.

Good vehicle great price

Very reliable car. It will never strand you. I purchased this car used with only 60,000 miles on it. It has been a wonderful and very reliable vehicle. I would not be afraid to jump it the car and travel across the country withit.

Very reliable for our 16 yr old daughter's 1st car

We could not be more please with the used vehicle we purchased. It is our daughter's first car and the Ford Taurus is a sturdy, safe and reliable car, providing us the knowledge that she will be safe and secure out on the roads.

Safest and most reliable car I've owned.

I loved this car, I never had a problem out of it. It stood up to the safety ratings when i crashed got in an accident with it as well. I fell asleep and hit a telephone pole and totaled the car, the pole came up the right side of the hood and stopped right before the fire wall. it's only by the grace of God and the safety of that car that I'm still alive today. I HIGHLY recommend this car to anyone looking for a safe and reliable sedan.

2011 Ford Taurus: reliable and comfortable

This is a large sedan that comfortably fits adults in the back. I have had no mechanical issues in the 3 years of owning. Tires are rather costly due to the larger 19" wheels. Stock radio is capable of quality sound. Gas mileage is around 20 MPG for casual light freeway driving. Trunk size is capable of putting about 3 sets of golf clubs. I have only had to do routine maintenance, oil change, tires and brakes in three years. Can't overstate how nice it is to have a car that does what it is supposed to and not hinder your check book or work schedule.
