A thrill to drive!

Ford did a great job, used the jaguar v-8 which perform's and is low maint. I put a new battery in, and that's been it. I feel the style is timeless, and attract's glance's at every stoplight. The only drawback would be height, if you are over six feet tall it's a little tight.

BLUE BIRD OF HAPPINESS - DITTO

I bought my 2002 TBird in 2010 on a whim. It was in pristine condition with very low miles. I love everything about it. I have never gotten so much attention from so many different people and it puts a smile on their face and mine. It's an amazing car and I hope to have it forever. So far, no problems with it and I am looking forward to driving it up to the mountains when the snow is all gone. I heard it takes the curves real well.

2002 Ford Thunderbird

The car in the ad is my Mother & Stepfathers. I would definately recommend buying this car if your looking for reliability, comfort, good investment. I've driven it & rode in it. Either way, it is sheer pleasure! They have taken immaculate care of it, always garaged! Definately money well spent for the car lover!

Perfect for Eight Years!

I bought my blue 2002 Thunderbird in January, 2002, and it is still a great car. The sub-woofer is currently not working (maybe just a fuse or disconnected wire--I haven't gotten around to looking at it, actually), but other than that and a new battery Ford sold me that turned out to be faulty it's been a perfect car for eight years. The dealer replaced the faulty battery. And how many other eight-year-old U.S.-made cars do you know of that almost always attract compliments or at least smiles from perfect strangers every time you take it out of the garage!

Blue bird of Happiness

I got my T-bird as soon as they came out, my dealer said I got the 5th one in my city. From the moment I drove away I started smiling, and have ever since. Only holds two, so not a taxi, powerful and well built, great sound system, extra plug for charing phone and laptop or whatever. Still turns heads. Still turns mine. When Ford first made the T-bird I was a little kid, so now sometimes, albeit rarely, I feel like a little kid when I open the door to get in.

Fantastic in Every Way!!

I just love this car! In the Fall of 2006, I bought a 2002 Black Thunderbird with the hardtop. It was stunning. The chrome rims literally shine off the pavement on the way to work every morning. The chome grill and dual exhaust are equally as beautiful. The stereo sound is amazing. The acceleration is on demand, which I love as an impatient person. I am 6'2" nd the interior of this two seater is more than adequate. Unfortunately on March 28, 2007 at 10am disaster struck - quite literally, in the form of a Minivan. I slammed head on into a minivan, who had pulled out into oncoming traffic, at 40 mph. The car was smashed back to the front wheels. The windshield was shattered and the airbags deployed. It was horrifying! Amazingly enough, the interior of the car was perfectly in tact, just as it had been at 9:59 that morning. I was perfectly fine. After the insurance company informed me it was a total loss, I didn't hesitate to go right out and re-purchase my dream car. The only bummer, the value of the car had gone up, so I had to pay more for the second one. I don't know of any 2002 car where the value increases with time. Compare this to other 2-seater convertibles and you're looking at a BMW Z4 and the Audi TT. This is truly an amazing car and I look forward to cruising with the top down for years to come.
