2018 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

I have been very disappointed in my new CRV. I miss my CD player and hate the new link to my phone. Sometimes it works but hard to change from one mode to another. I get frustrated every time I need to try something different like directions and getting back to the radio. It is a true pain. If you are over 40 don't buy one.

This car is amazing. It's comfortable for long and short drives, it's roomy and fits the car seats great! The trunk space is also great. It's an excellent beach car, grocery car, exploring car! The features I like the most are the auto dimming rear view mirror, heated seats, and the Apple Carplay capabilities which makes hands free calling a breeze.

Really love this car. Dropped reliability rating one star because of the oil dilution problem. Fix is being applied to states with harsh winter weather. Hopefully we'll get the fix in Washington State soon.

Purchased this car in July 2018. Since then have put over 20,000 miles on the car. Most of this long-distance driving at interstate speeds. Great trip car, comfortable, reliable, and great gas mileage (32 mpg average). Have not experienced any oil dilution problems as noted by other owners. Did have the car serviced with the recall when requested. Hope the car will continue it’s great performance as we have seen for last six months. Only complaint is how much miles how many miles we put on it, but that was why we bought a Honda.

I am super disappointed with Honda and this vehicle. No question, it is the worst car I have ever owned. The car can not maintain its operating temperature in weather below 30 degrees and oil dilution is a real problem in all the 1.5L motors, not just the ones in the CRV. The worst part is the way Honda has treated me and others with this wide spread problem. If you don’t believe me, google search Honda oil dilution. Really, stay away from the CRV and anything with this motor. You will be glad you did!

I used to drive domestic, and I never thought I would own an import. After driving this car, I made the decision to buy it. Arguably, the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve owned over 20 cars in my life, and I can be honest and say this is the best car ever. Absolutely love it

This car is like riding in a luxurious tanker. You feel safe, yet surrounded in comfort. I love all the features. I will never purchase anything but Honda's

If you want a practical, economical, comfortable and dependable smaller SUV, you should consider the Honda CRV. You could spend a whole lot more, and not get any better vehicle.

I enjoy driving more because of the comfort of the adjustable seats, view fof the road and safety lights and warning signals when changing lanes. I especially like the Apple CarPlay.

Great car, drives great, has everything we wanted and got a great deal. If you want a great mid-size suv get Honda CR-V. Our first choice.
