2026 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

This is my 3rd Honda and my second EXL with AWD. I loved my 2022! This one seemed similar enough that I bought it quickly. I feel tricked and unhappy. The leather seats and sunroof and expensive price will deceive you into thinking this is a nicer car. But it’s basic and stripped of amenities that actually matter! There is no garage door button. You have to pay $500 more and have a new mirror installed which voids your warranty if you want that convenience. Or upgrade your garage door! The music seems fancy until you realize that it requires your phone for anything other than basic radio. Sirius is an option only on the most expensive line but the dealer won’t point that out. The phone connection works maybe 1/3 of the time. So in a not urban area? You’ll be driving in silence, stewing about all the extra money you paid only to be duped. The fancy looking charger area? Super slow and also works 1/3 of the time. The obstacle cameras? They are hypersensitive and will ding at you five times when you drive in and out of your garage. The turning radius on my 2022 was tight and smooth. This one is clunky and requires multiple adjustments. I expected to love this car; now I’m annoyed every time I drive it and wondering how soon I can replace it for something that doesn’t annoy me every time I drive it. I will never buy another Honda (and will actively try to talk anyone else out of it) and can’t wait to dump this for something better.

It is a great ride and the features are amazing It was very affordable . The color is great also very roomy and stylish I would recommend it to anyone looking for a crv

We traded in our 2020 CR-V for a 2026. Drives like a dream. Very tight on turns. It seems roomier than our 2020. Our trade-in value for the 2020 was great.

Traded in a 2023 for this brand new 2026, my third CR-V, this one drives like a dream and great on gas. After many white one I chose the metallic dark blue, stunning.

Third Honda; second CR-V. I do of course think some things could be better like the speakers sounding a little better with more bass. The gas mileage isn't as great as my previous 2017 CR-V Touring or my previous 2025 Civic Sport but it was to be expected honestly. Usually you get better mileage as the car goes through the break-in period. I also think the infotainment could be a little better. Not sure if it was because the Civic had tighter steering but it feels loose in the CR-V. Honda plant where mine was built should have gone with a different tire brand because as soon as I can I am changing them; it has Hankook Kinergy GT

My 2026 CRV is ok, way too many gadgets so I’ve turned them all off, I hate that it stalls when I stop at a red light, the headlights are a nightmare!! The bulbs can’t be changed to brighter ones, if I knew this I would never have bought this car, it’s impossible and scary to drive in the dark, can’t see anything, soon as it’s paid for I’m trading it for something else.

My third CRV, and sixth Honda! Very nice ride! I’ve had it for 3 weeks and 800 mile. If it’s anything like my 2015, with 202000 miles, I look forward to the durability! Honda has never disappointed me!

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

I'm enjoying my new car. HOWEVER, there are things missing: Compass, heated steering wheel, Auto hatch release. No way to set default settings for remote start. Whatever you last ran it as it what goes! NOT user friendly.
