After getting a 2024 HRV sport there are already 2

After getting a 2024 HRV sport there are already 2 recalls, the first one (seatbelt issue) was fixed. The car went into service, we informed them the drivers side window opens then closes by itself was told maybe because of debris which car is kept garaged and is well maintained. Never was fixed after being told it was. Brakes also an issue they are hard also told nothing is wrong. Major steering issue which makes it very hard to steer, major traffic hazard is being told nothing we can do no parts. I was offered a trade off for a 2025 if I paid an extra 10k with the same issue. I am at my wits end. First and last experience with Honda!!

I was overcharged at least $8,000 for this car and the dealer refused to clear up the misunderstanding. I pleaded with them as clearly the deal I was offered was different than what I got. I was not given the list of aftermarket items up front and would not pay $46,000 for this car. I've checked with other buyers and all paid less. The average car payment is $525/m I pay $685/mo and don't even have GAP and was not offered GAP glad I realled I needed it. This is a bad time for me to muscle thru this mistake and the dealer has blocked all attempts to correct the issue. They overcharged for a number of items and did not discount the maintenance as agreed. LX model lacks many features of my last car so not always convenient but Ok. Works for my purposes and posture is better than in Clarity. Miss my Clarity & mileage

So slow it’s almost unsafe!

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Love how car handles.

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

HR-V = Love

I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Somewhat Disappointed

I recently bought a 2024 HRV EX-L. I own a 2015 CR-V Touring that I really love. I agree with reviewers who mention that the ride is nice, the power is adequate (I also do not drag race), and the look inside and out are really nice. But the devil is in the details. I count at least 6 features thst my 2015 has that the 2024 does not. I thought Honda was moving forward not back. No internal garage door opener (I had to velcro mine under the dash). No memory power driver’s seat (real pain when your wife is much shorter and last to drive the car). No power lift gate (an issue for my wife). No camera on right outside mirror to see nearby cars (sure there is a blind spot monitor but poor substitute for seeing who and how far someone else is). No true cargo cover (just some flimsy non-retractable device that is not worth the extra $150). No sunglasses compartment in the roof console. Details? Sure. But when you pay for the top of the line trim, you expect at least to get features that were in your 9 year old car. Call me “Disappointed”

Excellent commuter and family transporter.

THE new design is great, and it has a lot of room. I have to give it three stars for reliability, because I didn't know about the peeling paint or that the wiring is soy based, and that the rear window can shatter, that was for the 2023 I hope Honda corrected these problems, along with the seat belt recall. Other than all those items the car drives great, and everyone complaining about the acceleration it's great for not being a sports car. It does what it's built for with some style.
