This was one of the only 7-seat SUVs with captains seats that wasn't a V8. We love this vehicle and the options it came with. Would buy it again!

I have been driving Honda cars and SUV's my whole life. I just purchased Certified 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. I traded in my 2015 Pilot, because I felt like I was driving a "refrigerator". I didn't like the "boxy" look and feel to the 15'. I have had my 16' for just over a month, and what a difference!! The 16' handles like a car. The ride is smooth, easy to handle, and the aerodynamics are so much better. The interior in this Pilot is awesome. I love having Navigation and all the other bells and whistles that come on Touring. It took a little getting used to the 9-speed transmission, but I've been very impressed with the MPG so far. I would highly recommend this vehicle if you are in the market for a SUV. I test drove the 2017 Highlander, and as soon as I got in it, I didn't like it. The windshield is smaller than Pilot as is the back hatch window. It felt sluggish too me and I just didn't like the feel of it. The Pilot's interior is far superior, and more spacious. Do your homework, test drive other vehicles, and then take a Pilot for a ride. If your budget allows, go with the Touring edition. The "extra's" are really worth it. My only complaint to Honda is why they didn't include Towing package on the Touring? Prior year models included the towing package. I was very disappointed that they removed this feature. I have to have it installed at a later date, but for the money you pay for a Touring, it should have been included.

The SatNav system is poor and the voice commands mostly don't work properly. Importantly the floor level heating is not powerful enough for Canadian winters. Have just had the first serious system software problem only 3 months out of warranty. So much for Honda reliability.

Joined the club. Suckers! Anyone else having major and obvious tranny problems, yet your local Honda dealer can't seem to replicate? ). Honda used to be dependable.

My husband and I live in Florida. Nalley had the Honda Elite I wanted so we drove up for the day to purchase the car. Once I got home it the whole dashboard lite up. Now Im having all kinds of issues and it is going to be in the shop. The machine at the shop showed us how Nalley clear the lights off to sale us the car. The 2016 Honda Pilot Elite did have a dealer warranty but I do live 5 hours away it doesn't do me any good to drive back up there. If they would sell me this car how could I trust them to fix it??? BEWARE

I've been using it for 2 years.This is a great car for big families. Has great safety features and low maintenance car.I would definitely recommend it.

Vehicle is perfect like new; best purchase on a vehicle I’ve ever made. Safe and reliable drives like a dream. Highly recommend this vehicle, amazing car!

I will definitly recommend Honda pilot if you have a family of 4 and love to travel. it accomodates bunch of stuff once you put the rear seats down. Also doesnt shy to have an adult settled in 3rd row with comofort
