I really enjoy having a four cylinder car with 30 plus mpg, which I really need, though it?d be nice to have a punchier car

I selected the Elantra SEL over other small cars in the spring of 2017, then watched the incentives for the best deal. I ended up purchasing my vehicle around Labor Day last year. I did take advantage of the BoostUp offer. It now has over 14k miles on it and, other than the engine knocking when it is cold, I'm very pleased with it. The ride is firm, but good and the seats are comfortable. We just returned from vacation and averaged over 40 MPG on the trip with the car fully loaded. I am about 6-3, 215 lbs. and I am never sore when I get out of the car. I even spent some time in the back going down to Florida and felt fine afterwards. I generally get in the 33-35 MPG range commuting around town. We have cruise and the rear camera, which work fine. I didn't feel like splurging to get any more options. Having heated seats and an oil change warning would be the two things I wish it had. Braking, handling in the snow and rain are fine. I would buy the car again.

Great commuter car. All latest safety features for freeway driving. Great gas mileage. Looks great. Well built. Economically priced. All latest tech gadgets. Moonroof, etc

It drives smoothly and accelerates so easily. Its quite maneuverable and makes me feel freedom! The trunk is roomy, the I feel at home in the car.

Nice design roomy and can be easily dressed up with all the after market options. The keep lane assist is on of the best in the industry for 2017

The car is great. I have the eco model. I get exceptional gas mileage. The seats are comfy for long or short trips. It came with 90% of the extra features you pay for in other cars. I?m fairly tall and have plenty of leg room in all the seats. The heated seats are very nice and so is Car talk. I don?t have any complaints about the car itself. One thing I do know is their sales practices are quite questionable but that doesn?t affect the quality of the car on its own.

The car drives smooth. I love the features and Apple play. It is safe, it lets me know when there is a car in my blind side and has back up camera. Very safe and very nice interior.

We have no complaints regarding this vehicle and for being a compact sedan it's more roomy than you would expect. We especially like the different drive mode options available, where if it is set in "eco" mode, it isn't out of the ordinary to average 35 mpg of gasoline consumption within city driving, which in our opinion is extraordinary! Not to mention all the other amenities that provide us with all the comforts and convenience we could ask for since we purchased this vehicle. As a Hyundai owner of a previous late model vehicle, we continue to be amazed at how well Hyundai continues to improve their vehicles with their undying degree of innovation. Thank you Hyundai for continuing to impress us with your remarkable vehicles.
