I love this car. It is comfortable, so easy to to drive, and drives so smoothly. Also is good on gas and great in all weather including snowy upstate New York!

This car met all of my needs and is adequately equipped. It was very reliable and mechanically sound. Remote start, power liftgate, power drivers seat…this SUV has been everything I needed it to be.

Love how it handles on the road! Especially when going up a mountain as I often drive to Big Bear CA. Love the car!! Unfortunately it was not big enough for me and my family.

Currently driving a '15 Trailhawk and it will go anywhere you want it to go. Excellent off-road capabilities and very quiet on the interstate. Unique looking vehicle and nice interior. Lots of great creature comforts that are well thought out. However, it has issues in the places you cant see. Spend lots of $$ in replacing seals, gaskets and radiators. All work was done by the dealership - they all know me by first name now. Purrs like a kitten till about 90K miles and some things started to give out. Even after 90% of the miles driven have been on interstate. Maybe the best vehicle i have owned but it has cost me around $4K in repairs.I would still recommend buying one. And get the Trailhawk... its worth it!

My Jeep is under 37k miles and it has already had the transmission replaced at 19k miles, a busted heating hose at 34k miles and just recently at 36.5k miles I'm having to replace the coolant thermostat. Love this Jeep but I would not buy it again.

This car gave us a multitude of issues immediately after we bought it. At around 36k miles, the transmission was completely replaced, fortunately under warranty. About two months later we had to replace the radiator and CVGthe battery, no covered under the warranty; again this vehicle had less than 40k miles at the time. Then in July 2019 at around 76k miles, this past year, the engine started knocking and needed to be rebuilt; fortunately it was still under the powertrain warranty. This vehicle has always been well maintained, all maintenance kept up to date, regular oil changes, garage kept and evening in between and it still have us trouble. It was never in an accident or had any operator error, nothing; just an unlucky draw as far as I know. It has been 3 years of terrible trouble with this Cherokee and FCA should be ashamed of the quality of their vehicles, especially this model. All mechanical problems that we reviewing aside, the SUV handles tremendously on and off-road. The exterior design is somewhat unique and I would say it's one of the cooler mid-range SUVs at the time. The acceleration and power is definitely adequate for daily driving. Not much cargo or cab space for car seats and rear passengers, not the worst, but something to think about; we have two kids (5yrs and newborn) and it is a tight fit, especially for the older child. Problems that we had aside early on, it is one of the nicest handling vehicles I've driven. It's better than the newer Ford Escapes and Jeep Patriots I've driven. Feels kind of like my old Jeep Grand Cherokee, but handles much better. That's my opinion on the one we currently own. If you don't want to worry about the issues I've stated, I'd consider something else. Now that we seem to be past those issues, it's been a fine vehicle. Due to our finances we're kind of stuck for now. Honestly, if I could go back in time and speak to my car buying self, I'd say "avoid like the plague." Would really love for an agent of FCA to change my mind on their vehicles; I've owned several Jeep and Chrysler vehicles for over 12 years, this experience has severely hindered my loyalty and made me doubt the integrity of their vehicles in future purchases.

Plenty of leg room, fun to drive, fuel efficient, great hauling capacity, great looking car, when in sport mode and snow mode you feel very secure

This car is really great! I didn't plan to buy one. But I saw it, then I tried it....! And I found it really great, over my expectations. Only parts are very expensive.

This car meets all i need, eco gas , the best for drive in the city. Love the interior options and safety feature. highly recommend it
