AutoNation Ford SanfordReviews
AutoNation Ford Sanford review
I purchased a 2026 Ford Raptor from AutoNation in Sanford. The while experience was great and I absolutely love the new truck. I am writing this about my first service performed yesterday at the same location. I typically worry about the inconsistency of good work from dealerships and don’t write reviews for just doing their job. This time was different. A oil change and tire rotation was all that was needed so it didn’t take long. My cost was actually less than what my sister recently paid at the Jiffy Lube for her oil change. My service advisor Devan was pleasant, informative and even got a scratch out of my mirror that I did by bumping my mailbox. The best thing about the visit was how high tech they were. The vehicle was scanned when arriving showing me pictures of any scratches or dents that existed when I arrived. Although this protects both of us, I also received a video of each step taken on the service including all items they checked. I felt very comfortable when I left knowing the job was good quality. They updated the dash and even showed me some cool features I was unaware of. Nice work and I will be back for my next service for sure. No more sticker on the window telling me when I next visit was due, it’s all high tech and digital. Great job, Highly recommend this service center.

2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!

I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Wayne Akers Ford review
I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

AutoNation Ford ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Ford Arapahoe review
I received an email for an oil change and tire rotation. The price was excellent at 69.99. When I was done the bill came in at 164.00. I know there would be some additional mandated fees but when I got home and reviewed the bill I was charged 35 dollars for the tire rotation and another 41.99 for an oil treatment and some assurance plan which I do not think I approved. The add also states one hour or less on the oil change. I was there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. While the service was performed in a professional manner, the billing is subject to some concerns. I should have said something at check out but was in a rush

2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in 2015; still going strong. I am up to 133, 000 miles. It is a great car, not alot of issue and handles the road well. I will keep it a while longer.

Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor review
Vehicle being sold as-is, dealer won't check engine codes and won't help with shipping. At least the salesman was honest enough to not recommend the purchase sight unseen. But it took over a week to get answers, and they never answered me on out the door cost.
2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I have owned this car since 2015. I bought it new and I love it. I never had an SUV until I bought this one. My husband owns a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee. This vehicle handles well, it feels nimble and quick. The interior is nice. I finally had to fix a part which I guess is common on these. It was an overflow oil part, but I can't complain. I drive a lot for work through snow and bad weather in New England. I have driven in this to Vermont, Maine, NH, NY and Massachusetts. I live in RI. I now have around 105K and I think my next vehicle will be this same model. I really enjoy driving my Cherokee Trailhawk.

Schaumburg ToyotaReviews
Schaumburg Toyota review
I bought a RAV4 a week ago from a Toyota dealer in Schaumburg. During my first, unplanned visit to the showroom nearly two months ago, the first person I met was Mr. Darek Gniadek. I wanted to get an idea of the available options and pricing for a small SUV. Without any fuss—and despite the fact that I hadn't made an appointment—Mr. Darek presented various options and price ranges, and showed me a RAV4 model he happened to have on the lot. I appreciated that he didn't push for a specific model but instead objectively analyzed the pros and cons of different choices with me. A week later, we revisited the matter and—without any pressure from Mr. Darek—I was able to choose the option that suited me best. The agreed-upon price seemed fair to me, and it remained unchanged when I picked up the car. I highly recommend Mr. Darek as an advisor and salesperson.
