All the features I like in one car.

We thought we would never like another car better than our Prius. However, our recently purchased KIA has changed our mind. Just as good of gas mileage as our Prius, better ground clearance, more head room, Michelin tires, high safety rating, cup holders, quieter on the road than our Prius, eco-driving hybrid, excellent visibility out of our rear window, more leg room up front and in the back.

A Hybrid for All

I?m a big guy, so shopping for a hybrid that I fit comfortably into that didn?t break the bank was a tall order, until I found the Niro. Ample leg room in the front seat or back. It also has ample headroom in the back since it doesn?t have the traditional hybrid roofline. I?m averaging 51mpg with as near of a SUV experience that you can have in a hybrid.

About a NIRO

Love the color and MPG however Wish I had a regular Nav. and leather seats. Don't like to hookup my iPhone and string the cable to either the passenger or empty seat. Apple Car-play is ok but not the cable problem. I Should have got a Touring package. . John Murphy 33950

Roomier than my Mercedes GLA 250

It's an answer to what I needed, great on gas and pairs to my IPhone and has a touch screen. It drives very smoothly and so quiet, especially when you turn on the engine. It took some getting use to because of can't hear the engine in start up. I also had to get us to the turn off of the engine because of the quietness, it makes musical sound to let you know the engine is off. How cool is that. I'm enjoying this car.

Great value

At first, I was skeptical of only having a 1.6L engine, but after driving I quickly realized that it had just as much pep as my 2.5L Jetta. The electric Hybrid motor provides ample acceleration if needed. The interior is very spacious compared with similar vehicles in it's class. The ride is very comfortable, steering and arm rests are positioned well, providing comfort and fatigue relief for long drives. I am very impressed with the options available in such a relatively inexpensive, hybrid vehicle. The fuel mileage are equally impressive, as I achieved 52MPG on a 514 mile trip.

Test Drive A Niro Today

We just stopped by to see the car that boast 50 MPG - Sure. The test drive was a game changer - quiet, smooth and full of electronic things, with a large display. It feels sluggish in eco mode, but look out - the speed creeps up without feeling the shifting gears and the next thing you know you are speeding. Sport shifting gives you the power right off the line. All I can say is give it a try, but beware - you may get sucked into the excitement and once you see the price it will be hard to say no!

Best car I've ever owned

I love the Niro Touring. It has everything I want in a car. It's a crossover SUV. It's a hybrid. Gas mileage is 40/43!! It has parking assistance which tells u how far (front, back, cross traffic) u are from objects. Sun roof, memory driver seat that goes back to my position each time, 8" screen, navigation. I love the dynamic cruise control that slows down when u get too close to the vehicle in front of u so u don't have to brake then resume the cruise control each time. The instrument panel gives u feedback on whether you're driving ecologically, normally, or aggressively; miles left on amount of gas in tank; choice to see mph digitally. Easy access to the 8" screen menus for audio, media, navigation, Bluetooth. It has voice commands. The exterior styling is exceptional. The rear lights are very stylish. As I said, EVERYTHING I want.
