Dependable SUV

I’ve owned my Disco2 for about 12 years and have had great service from my truck. The styling and dependability is the best. I have had to have the head gaskets replaced and did them myself but after driving it for 12 years all over the country I’m not complaining. It has never put me down on the roadside. By the way any decent tech can do the heads in about a few hours. Land Rover made it simple. I maintain this truck meticulously and have never been off road but have driven it in snow and ice and it handles it like its not there. I also purchased a LR4 new so I’m sold on these trucks.

Great car so far!

I've always wanted a Land Rover and especially love this style Disvovery. It has 140k miles and runs very well. A/C is cold, engine seems to be solid. Looking forward to driving this car for years to come.

20 years of faithful service

Bad xxx off road and an eye Cather in town. Take care of her and she'll get you through things that almost no others can. Best 4 X 4 by far!

it was the slickest car i ever test drove

i absolutely love the hatchback suv and off road capabilities. the interior was so beautifully made and the 2 moon roofs made it perfect for excellent lighting. nice interior seats and perfect space for a few friends to go on a camping trip ! (:

Expensive toy but bulletproof and safe

Too expensive to own and maintain, residual value stinks, dealers are thieves, heavy as a tank, terrible fuel economy Great towing and off road, noisy and cramped cabin

Heavy vehicle for its size, great for snow .

Expensive to drive and maintain but after accepting that it's an awesome vehicle. Very comfortable vehicle, even factory issued is loaded with extras. Great off road.

We Love Our Range

Great on and off road. Gas mileage is terrible but, the handling is superb. Comfy seats, spacious inside, and a super nice sunroof to peek your head out of from time to time.

First love

I bought it, without much prior knowledge to be quite honest, because I loved the metallic green paint and soft, beige leather. Not only is the ride the best of any SUV, it rides like a dream, can tow 7,700 pounds and can take a beating. It's also great value for the money under $10k. Most modern "suvs" can handful keep up.

Great SUV

We purchased the car 3 years ago with 115K on it. It now has about 160K on it. It's a great SUV that is very comfortable and will take you anywhere you want to go. It is a bit quirky in that the sensors will pop on and off for no apparent reason. If you're willing to deal with that annoyance, you're driving of the best SUV's ever made. We haven't had problems with it. After about a year we decided to go through and do the scheduled maintenance. The only other thing we did was change a gasket that had migrated and caused a small oil leak and replaced the heater core while they were there. This is not the fastest SUV on the road, but it's a tank. It will clear nearly anything on the road or off road, get you through snow and mud while being very quiet and comfortable in the city. The turning radius is a bit wider than I would like (which is my only complaint when driving). The cargo space is amazing and the fold down seats are very easy/quick. Even though it's a 15 year old car, it still looks really nice and feels solid. I have
