Dream. Ehicle

Great vehicle. 2008 is the first year that Ford placed a V-8 Jaguar engine in this heavy body. Awesome performance and package. Very comfortable and I always get compliments. LR4 has a beautiful upgraded interior but the exterior stays the same in 2010 essentially. Fun to drive.

Super civilized and inexpensive to own.

Now that LR3's have come down in price there is no better SUV out their for the money ( my humble opinion) Don't be afraid of these but stay away from the old Discoveries.

Most reliable Land Rover ever!

I bought this new, and now, 11 years later have 170,000 miles on it. I have had Land Rovers/Range Rover for 40 years, and this is by far the most reliable. The design still looks fresh. It is one of a relatively few vehicles that has not had any fatalities. It is very heavy, but at 65 mph I can get 22 mpg. And, it is actually brilliant off road.

Comfortable and strong

I love this car. The air suspension make it unique while driving. Have powerful engine and run very very smooth no matter what terrain you run into.

Great deal for a good family vehicle

The vehicle is small on the exterior compared to other SUVs, but in a good way. Definitely not small on the inside though, that is where this vehicle shines. It’s an 11 year old vehicle and still looks and runs great with very minor flaws. Definitely something my little family will be using for many years to come!

She sure is pretty....

She sure is pretty .... but she don’t run so good. My LR3 started off as the car of my dreams... but as soon as her manufacturers warranty ran out it was a different story. After literally thousands in repairs we traded her in for a much more practical Subaru Outback. Did I miss my heating windshield and refrigerator in the console... maybe a few times. But my Subaru was never in the shop for anything but routine maintenance during the 100k we owned it.
