Lexus ES 300H 2022 Ultra luxury
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Buyers Remorse
I recently bought this car at a Toyota dealership. I love the look of the car but what I don't love are the following: Only one cup holder, car seems sparse on headroom, feel like it would take nothing for my head to hit interior roof, especially if I put my hair in bun on top of my head. I am only 5 ft 5 inches tall. Seats feel sporty and sit low in the vehicle. If you are older, as I am, can be a slight struggle to raise up to standing position when exiting vehicle. Instumentation can be confusing and the computerized mouse is a huge pain in the neck to navigate and drive at same time. Still trying to figure out how to turn off guided navigation. Yes I can turn off voice, but when shut off car and start it up again shes right back guiding me to Where I went two weeks ago. Got an exclamation point inside a triangle on the dash just reccently so quick pulled out owners operating manual to see the the heck is up?? It said this warning symbol and mean one of like 5 things. Well crap that was no help, goes from tires need air to electrical problem to fuel injection. I've had the car less than a month so the book recommends taking it to dealer. I live in CT but bought car at Nashua, NH so going to dealer where purchased is a two hour drive. On my first maiden voyage home with my (new to me) vehicle I sustained at least 4 chips in the cars exterior silver paint. was spotless when I bought it and cant imagine how highway driving in good weather could have caused the paint chips. Overall I have buyers remorse right now. Good points of vehicle are safety features heated seats and steering wheel, engine performance and comfort ride and good stereo system. Miss my old Avalon's sun glass compartment just above the rear-view mirror as well as ample cup holders for at least two passengers.

Love the Car - NOT THE DEALER!
I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

Simply a great car!
I have the Luxury package. This car is awesome! Great ride, quiet, good acceleration and outstanding MPG on regular gas! I consistently get 31 to 34 MPG on the highway. The interior is roomy and the trunk is cavernous. My only mild complaints would be the mouse key pad for the instrumentation and no heated seats in the rear.

2022 lexus es 300h base. Front speakers are good. Rear is like almost nothing. Tried contacting dealer wouldnt respond my email. They will probably say its normal and try not to help me. I heard even ml has same rear speaker not making enough sound as well.. if i knew this i wouldve thinked twice about buying this vehicle. Vehicle sound is number one thing i always put in first. Im stuck with weird speaker system only loud in front but nothing in back. There is huge subwoofer in back but does absolutely 0 thing. Whyy???????

2019 Lexus ES350 certified purchase
I purchased my 2019 ES350 certified used from a Lexus dealer - The good: Ride comfort is amazing Quietest vehicle I've ever driven Tons of power Reliability, so far, great The bad: Stereo system is sub-par for a luxury Lexus; not a deal breaker for me, but I understand why others complain Lexus dealership service: Just took it in for first service, oil change, etc., service was bad. My wife left the car, took 2-3 hours even though I made an appointment; they never greeted her or asked to help her in any way. (Seriously, no "thank you" or anything.) I also asked to be called after car was complete, I left 2 voicemails, nothing. Lexus service I've heard people rave about??? I didn't experience it.

Lexus needs to smarten up
I love my 2019 Lexus ES-350. BUT Lexus skimped and they better be careful as cars much less expensive offer more, and it seems like more-and-more we're just paying for a name. And that might make me look elsewhere. For instance: the steering wheel has NO tactile features and one MUST look down at it to choose a button. This tells me two things, 1) Lexus designers ain't too bright, 2) Lexus DOES NOT use a true customer experience team. When i reached-out to Lexus corporate I was snidely turned dismissed. There is a bug in the software that changes the audio system pre-sets when using the steering wheel control. There is no pattern to it but it is rather regular. If you're listening to a pre-set and you press the right arrow (next pre-set), whether you're on pre-set 2, 3, 4, 5, etc, it will many times take you back to pre-set 1 as opposed to the next pre-set. Pain in the ... When i reached-out to Lexus corporate I was snidely turned dismissed. Trunk hatch and space is VERY limiting. Getting in and out is tight. Friends have the 2017, 2020, and 2021 Hyundai Sonata and wow, those are all excellent cars and are superior to my Lexus in all the above, and they all have amazing engines. I love my Lexus (this is not my first one) but I strongly advice Lexus to quit resting on their laurels and make some real improvements, oh, and to take their customer complaints seriously.

Satisfied my midlife! Everything I dreamed of.
I absolutely LOVE this car so far. I’m still finding out all the bells and whistles it has to offer so far. I even insist my family take it on long trips because the safety features give me a great piece of mind. Also very stylish, not at all compact on interior (felt that way in a Cadillac CTS). I felt the price was not really different from any other decent car I’d buy.

Nice looking used ES350 with only 11K miles.
Bought this car for trips, not local driving. Considered this and a Tesla -- bought this to avoid range anxiety. It drives very nicely -- crisp, accurate response. It has lots of bells and whistles which take time to learn; but, so far, all work roughly as advertised. The infotainment system is built for an engineer, not a casual driver -- but that makes it interesting to operate. We bought it for the reliability, and in spite of that ugly front grill. Ah, well -- at least it isn't an Edsel. Pretty good mileage for a 300+ hp engine....
