Lots of road noise and a very harsh ride on its no flat
Lots of road noise and a very harsh ride on its no flat tires. Seating very uncomfortable for a Lexus. If you are accustomed to an ES or older model year Lexus this is going to feel much more like a Ford escape.

Good Car
I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

They need to get up to speed with accessories
August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

Yes to the NX, look at Mazda also
I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

Awesome dealership
I like that the new model is a little bigger. It drives like the luxury vehicle that it is and handles very well. Hugs tight turns and accelerates very quickly. Interior is very comfortable. Yes it’s true that the new technology had a few kinks but I believe that’s been fixed. As far as your car not recognizing you when you get in, it has to be in park to load. Simply hit settings on your display and touch your name. Although the cost increased considerably for the 2022’s so has everything else increased in price. I do love the paint and new design . In the sun it looks like a sparkly gold pearl. I have had it for only 4 weeks but loving it. I also can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service at Germain Lexus of Naples. Every staff member is friendly and happy and so ready to help. From my sales person, Paul to the technology tech Tyler, my service advisors Rick and Lori, and finance guy Steve. The absolute best!!!!

Recommend with reservations
With reservations: The car looks great and drives well. I think it is overpriced compared to other cars with similar features. I was given written information on licensing that was incorrect and required a significant amount of time to correct. Additionally, the infotainment LCD is not always intuitive and can't always provide the features I'd prefer.

Buyer Beware!!!!
They rolled this car out too fast. I have had my NX350 and have had the worst time with the technology on this car. I have had Lexus before and was looking forward to the customer service online and at the dealership. My dealership is good but the customer service to enroll in the tech of the car is terrible. They don't answer anything, hang up on you and tell you to install and app that doesn't work. Lexus one app is garbage. They haven't even training the technicians on the car yet. That apparently doesn't happen till April. I spent way to much money on a car to not have the technology work. Can't make phone calls. Sometimes my CarPlay connects and I am a guest in my own car. I honestly think my car hates me. It drives nice, but if I can't use the technology that I bought the car for, what's the point. Be very careful when buying this car until they figure out how to fix the problem they know they have. Close to giving the car back and getting something else that actually works. Buyer beware.
