Amazing car! Lexus RX 350 is beautiful and fun.

Lexus of San Diego is the best dealership. Everybody is so professional and understanding. Shout out to Michael, salesperson, Tyler, finance manager, and Andy in service

2023 RX350 did not meet my expectations.

I purchased a new 2023 Lexus RX350 on Memorial Day. The dealer had to replace the DCM because it was malfunctioning. The plastic trim in the passenger door came off, but I was able to push it back and it has not come off again. The dash board trim keeps coming off the clips. The dealer changed the part, it still came off. When I drive the car above 75, it trembles- not a lot but enough that I’m not satisfied. Out of the blue, the windshield started cracking in the middle from the top down. There’s no mark that a stone or something else caused it. It’s just a clean crack. I’m assuming it’s either poor quality windshield or poor design where the rear view mirror is set up. I’ll take it in to dealer this week. To top it off, tried to back up in a tight parking lot and the car wouldn’t move because of the safety feature. I had to get out of the car and then back in, and only then the software allowed me to move. It’s Labor Day, and I still have not received my second key. I should have done my homework before buying it. The mileage sucks for a 4 cylinder. Driving on side roads feels like a regular 4 cylinder Honda. The only upside are the tech features, self parking, etc. But not sure how long that will last. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this car as a first time Lexus owner. I thought I was buying Japanese quality and I purchased Canadian incompetence (mine was built in Canada).

Great Car

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

1968 Corvette

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Nice upgrade!

Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!

Make sure to order the Triple Beam Headlights!

I've driven the RX 350 F Sport AWD for a month now and the only complaint I'd say which is partially my fault, the front turn signals are not LED. I built my RX and did not even think to upgrade the headlights to Lexus triple beam, I figured if I spent $60k+ on the car it would be LED. Besides that, love the car! Oh and personally I don't love the deceleration assist on the Lexus but theres an option to turn it off.
