New Mazda . . . again
My new Mazda CX-5 is even better than expected. Crippen in Lansing is the place to buy Mazdas. Their pricing is great and their service is even better. I am one happy customer. This is my fourth Mazda from them.

ZOOM, ZOOM for sure
I drove the CRV, Forester, Sante Fe and Equinox but none of them gave me everything the CX-5 has. The exterior styling was the first to catch my eye, but the mpg and responsive engine is what sold me. I've always been a Honda Man but the CRV interior just seemed too cheaply put together for me. The others just weren't as much fun to drive. I'm currently averaging 27.9 MPG. Zoom Zoom! Some drawbacks; The center armrest is about 2" too low and the front seat bottoms are about 2" too short. The headrests in the backseat block a lot of my vision out the rear window but luckily they are removeable. The blue tooth is not very intuitive and it cuts off every once in awhile (but still pretty cool). I also wish the window and lock switches would glow or light up at night as they are difficult to find. The light in the cargo area is on the driver's side only and is too small and rather useless. Some pluses: Blind spot detector is awesome. Automatic windshild wipers detect severity of the rain and adjust accordingly. The steering wheel controls make it easy to ajust the radio without having to take my eyes off the road. The backup camera is clear and bright. There is no timing belt that needs to be replaced periodically. The CX-5 has a timing chain which should last a lot longer. I would recommend CX-5 to anyone who wants a reliable car that has ample storage, great gas mileage, is fun to drive and pretty sharp looking to boot!

CX5 is Alive
My wife and I just bought a 2015 Mazda CX5 and was blown away with all the features it has. The car is a solid driving machine. Its spacious interior makes riding a joy. I would recommend a CX5 to anyone.

Exactly what I wanted
Just got this car after months of research and I am very satisfied. This is not a luxury vehicle but that's not what I wanted. The touring model comes with most of the bells and whistles you would want. Great ride, great visibility and great handling, I recommend this car to anyone looking ay the Honda CRV or Toyota Rav.

fun to drive
I just purchased my Mazda CX5 a few weeks ago. I had a very pleasant experience with the dealer and used Pen Fed buying service. I also tested a Honda crv and found the Mazda more fun to drive. I bought the Touring model and really like the blind spot detector function. The 2.5 engine has enough pep for uphill and when air conditioner is on. The visibility is very good. I am very pleased with my car

I'm in love!
I had a 2012 Honda CRV that I wasn't completely satisfied with. Don't get me wrong, it's a Honda and a great quality car. However, the interior finishes are really cheap looking (gray plastic handles and trim for example). I decided to test drive the CX5 and hoped I wouldn't like it to avoid another car buying experience, but there was no going back once I sat in it. Superb quality inside and out. It feels more substantial than the CRV too. Gas mileage is already better than the CRV. You get a lot for your money - all the bells and whistles for the price of a base Toyota/Ford! For some reason, I find it easier to get in and out of as well. Test drive one and you'll be sold!
