Love this car!!

I oogled over this car for years and let me tell you, it lived up to my expectations. I went from a wrangler to this and would do it all over again! Love this car so so much!

Zip Zoom Zip

Owned a 2016 Mazda CX-5 for several years and loved it. This little SUV has great interior space, a nice infotainment system. You'll have just as much fun hauling the family around as zipping through windy mountain roads.

Sportiest of SUVs

This is our second Mazda CX-5 Touring SUV. It has a 6 speed automatic transmission for less noticeable shifts, and AWD. Of the lower priced SUVs this has been ranked as the best handling, and we agree. The Touring model comes with the larger 4 cylinder (187 hp, 4 valves per cylinder) engine - great acceleration up hills; and has the back-up camera and side proximity sensors / alarm. Yet with all that we generally get between 27 and 31 MPG combination city and highway driving on 87 octane gas.

Most fun to drive SUV

In my purchase decision research I drove BMW X3, Audi Q5, Honda CRV before deciding on the Mazda CX5. To me it equaled or surpassed the other mid-size SUVs in fun to drive / sports sedan like handling, roomy interior capable of holding cargo like my mountain bike or drum kit. The infotainment and other touch screen interfaces were intuitive to learn quickly.

CX-5 is an incredible vehicle.

This vehicle accomplishes everything you could want in a Crossover SUV. Very comfortable, great interior design and layout and exceptional gas mileage. We have had highway mileage on long trips (over 1,000 Miles) where we saw over 40 mpg. Amazing for an SUV with room and comfort. (The vehicle was totally loaded with furnishings to our house) Bravo Mazda!!

The Most Reasonable Choice

Does it's job well. Lots of features for the cost = value. Looks sleek. Infotainment system is a major plus. Better than others ice experienced. Excellent room for the whole crew and travel baggage.

So Far, So Good!

What first impressed me about the 2016 Mazda CX-5 was its driver's cockpit which is roomy and well organized. The CX-5 not only gets great mileage, but also handles nimbly with a steering radius comparable to that of compact cars I have driven/owned. Last, but hardly least, it's fun to drive both around town and on the highway!
