Loving it!
Great car, love the ride, comfortable, quite interior and fantastic sound system. Very responsive when u need it to be. the only problem for me are the rain sensing wipers there abit annoying but you can shut them off in the settings. Overall great buy!

Safety, driveability, and all the bells & whistles
A great drive for modern, tech savvy driver. The CX-5 gets great gas mileage thanks to its 4-cyl engine, but the sport boost gives you plenty of power for on-ramps. Sensors in the braking system and cruise control help you avoid fender benders in the city and on the highway. The Touring trim package provides a great heads-up display, navigation system, and Bluetooth connectivity. Heated leather seats and a heated steering wheel just add to the overall package. The Bose sound system rocks!

Great Car! Best all around Car I've ever owned.
Best car I've owned in 62 years of driving. In my earlier days, before marriage and family I drove an Austin Healy, so I'm a driver!!

Great looks and fun to drive CUV
Very surprised by level of fit and finish - inside and out. I expected and got a very exceptional driving experience ... especially so for a CUV, but the upscale details and design were a pleasant surprise .. Really nice car!

Important safety features. Almost drives itself.
Had not bought a new car in 16 years. Test drove various SUV's in this class but Mazda stood out in design, quality and performance. Own another Mazda so decided to stay with them. There was no hassle or pressure and I was quite surprised at that. Going to a dealership has been compared to going to the dentist but that was not my experience.

Best bang for your buck in a crossover
We purchased the Touring model in the Deep Crystal Blue Mica color. This unit was on the lot new, but it featured many of the extras that come with the Grand Touring (GT) model. Some of the features we like best are the radar cruise control, lane departure warning, cross-traffic alerts (when backing) and the great styling and comfort of the interior. You'll get a LOT of great features for a much lower price that competing brands and similar CUVs. Definitely opt-in for the safety features mentioned earlier, but having the other extras are worth it. Ride comfort is superb, especially since ours came with the 19" wheels that normally come on the GT models. "Sport" mode and "Manual" mode are really unnecessary unless you buy the AWD model and plan to do some unusually difficult terrain. I found it just fine in normal automatic shifting in our FWD model. Some add-ons are a bit expensive, and can be had from Amazon and other retailers for much lower than the dealer sells, but for sure get the all-weather floor mats and the cargo tray mat. Interior drawbacks: Cup holders are situated way too far back for normal people. In addition, I feel that at least one USB port ought to be in the forward area of the center console and not completely hidden. Mazda's "Infotainment" System: Needs work, but adequate for most things. They really need to add CarPlay and Android support. Bluetooth connectivity is fine. USB flash drive playback is slow and clunky. Navigation is excellent, although updates take an exceptionally long time even over gigabit connections. Fuel Economy is on-par, although the really small gas tank is a little bit of a drawback. About 15 gallons in most models.

HappyCustomer
We love all of the changes Mazda made since the 2016 model, we only traded it in to get all of the new safety features. Highly recommend this vehicle. We had another great experience working with our Salesman Dariusz, he can explain all of the new features in a way that we understand completely. When never feel rushed and all of the attention is focused on us.

Excellent New Car
I'm loving my new CX-5. I've only put about 150 miles on it so far, but I'm loving driving it. Plenty of storage space, sharp design, and fun to drive. Still getting used to the entertainment system (touch screen, but with button controls in center console).
