A lot for your money

This is the second Mazda CX-5 we leased, and we have loved them both. I feel you get a lot for your money compared to other cars we looked at. I love the styling of the CX-5 and the safety features are outstanding.

Totally in love with this car

This car has met all of my needs. It is the first car I have bought that has leg room for all, even those riding in the back seat! Plenty of headspace and very spacious trunk.

Great new car!

I had not looked at Mazda in many years, but I was looking for an AWD and really liked the style of the CX-5. The features are great, I highly recommend the premium package, worth every cent.

Amazing luxury at incredible value

Quiet, luxurious, and plenty of giddy-up! This car is such a pleasure to drive, it handles amazingly well and is very responsive. The design of the controls is so intuitive that it allows me to keep my mind on the road, while enjoying some awesome comforts. Love this! I can't comment yet on reliability as I have only owned the car for a weekend.

The jury is still out

My wife and I were leasing a BMW X-1 that we planned on buying but the cost of ownership over five years gave us pause, and when we saw that the CX-5 had a turbo in the new model year we gave it a try. We didn't really love it, but it did give us what we wanted so we went for it. The mileage is, on average 3-5/gallon worse than the X-1 and I miss some of the well designed features of the X-1 but what really concerns me is the glitchiness of the infotainment system. It takes awhile to load and so far I've had to shut the car off and restart it when the system couldn't find the satellite radio. We owned a Mazda 3 previously that we loved and the service center where we live is top notch, but the software glitches are concerning. Hopefully software upgrades will correct these problems, but time will tell. I cautiously recommend it for now.

This car is behaving exactlly as expected.

The CX 5 is, to me, the best of the cross-over breed. It fits our driving style and requirements to a “T”. It looks great in gray, also.
