Worst decision I have ever made

This car has been to the dealership twice no satisfaction at all... Mazda customer service is a joke Do Not buy this car in any trim level especially a reserve or grand touring Feel free to contact me if you have any questions As an auto repair shop owner and an ase certified automobile master technician and a former CX5 owner I thought I was making a good choice Joke was on me. My first Mazda had no problems except the squeaky brakes they blew me off on. I guess them having me fix my own brakes at a year old should have been my clue to not buy another one but I really liked the car. Except for the things I thought they addressed which are also now the problems. Specifically lack of power and the infotainment system freezing and not working correctly. Hahahaha I was so wrong Look Elsewhere at any other brand but mazda 3500 miles regret spending the 35000 dollars every time I drive it.

4th Mazda I have owned

I love my car. It has ample cargo room. It is easy for my elderly parents to get in and out of and roomy for 2 grand-baby car seats. Great pickup; maneuvers great.

CX-5: Best handling mid-size SUV for the money

The CX-5 isn’t the most powerful SUV in it’s class, but it’s the most fun to drive, bar none. It’s big enough for everyday, quick, and loaded with electronic goodies. Highly recommended!

First ever Mazda!!!

My first new Mazda experience has been above average. The automobile is stylish, rides and handles smoothly. The interior and exterior are masterfully designed, with driver and passenger in mind. Love it!

Very Stiking Car.

This vehicle very easy and comfortable to drive. I love the Heads-up display and air conditioned seats. We have gotten a lot of compliments on the Soul Red color.

Safe and Comfortable

I was looking for a vehicle that was a cross between my late husband’s Buick Enclave and my 2005 VW Jetta. Having leased Mazda sedans prior to purchasing my VW, I knew it was a good brand, so I took a look and test drove a 2019 CX-5 with the Signature trim package. It fit the bill. I feel very comfortable and safe driving it in town and on the highway.

An upgrade to my old car

I had my old car for quite some time. I knew it was time to look for a dependable and stylish car that will fit my needs. I am a slightly active person. I like going to outdoors adventures, so I needed an AWD. Mazda CX-5 offered much more than I originally wanted. I am happy with the updated technology and the luxury feel. The only downside is the MPG. After owning it close to a month now, I resented the low MPG. But that is due to the AWD drivetrain and turbo engine. So I can't complain. Totally in love with my new car.

Love my CX-5

My car meets most all my needs. I was used to more spaced cars, but its size is quite convenient for any parking spot. Interior is very fancy, fashion up-to-date features I've never experienced before makes our ride so much greater.
