Mid size price and luxury everything else

We looked at mid size SUV's costing thousands more and found this car to excel. The look is beautiful and the interior is pure luxury. Compare the look and feel to SUV's costing $10 to $20 thousand more. Look on-line at side to side pics of other brands and see for yourself.

smooth riding/driving car

Unexpected power for a 4 cylinder; smooth and comfortable ride with lots of interior room as a CX9. Good buy for the money and good MPG ! Besides, the dealership stands behind the car with outstanding service support.

Most solid car I've owned

I just purchased our 3rd CX9 trading in one of our 2 2008 and would have kept the 2008 if my wife didn't make me get a new one as it drove the same as the day I bought it. The 2017 signature might take a few weeks to figure out all the bells and whistles but the 4 cylinder with the turbo has got the same pop as the 6 in the 2008. Love the CX9 and hopefully will like the 2026 as much as the 2017.

too soon to tell - have only driven it 150 miles

Love the back "hatch" opener/closer and the sunroof! Rides nicely and has ample cargo space that is high enough so that I don't have to bend over to load/unload. I like the tactile instruments and driver assisted "tools". Only drawback, inside, is the driver side visor - since I have to sit up high it is not easy to use when I have to turn it to the left - have to duck my head. The front license plate is required where I live and it is producing some issues about where and how to install it (have not put it on yet).

Luxurious looking car in and out

Great looking car inside and out! After driving the car you?ll be surprised by the price. Bought the 2018 cx-9 grand touring a few weeks ago and we are loving our choice

quiet,plenty fast, good ride!

Rides better than any other SUV I tested and is quieter than all of them. Turbo 4 cyl has plenty of power and if you put higher grade gas in the tank you gain about 20 more horsepower but it runs on regular gas quite well

Stunning Looks, Blast to Drive!

We really enjoyed our 2014 CX-5, it handled superbly but was let down by a weak engine. So happy to see this level of power to match the zoom zoom and sharp looks! Can't help but grin when I notice heads turning. Once broken-in (around 1500 miles), we noted smoother acceleration, improved braking and fuel economy. Car is surprisingly agile and very responsive even with 5 passengers and cargo. Spirited driving is highly encouraged, even rewarded with 22/mpg city and over 26/mpg hwy (AWD model)! Favorite features include power liftgate, comfy heated leather seats, rear-view cam, standard audio (not a fan of Bose), roomy 2nd and 3rd rows, all-weather mats with CX9 logo. Solid feel, quiet interior and lack of road noise. Traded in our Audi and loved it as well but this is a whole new level of enjoyment and pride in ownership!!! A dedicated Media/Source button, Apple CarPlay, rain-sensing wipers and auto headlights in the Touring model would be nice but we value driving dynamics more and can upgrade later.
