Got everything I wanted and more

This car has everything I ever wanted in a vehicle. My main reason for getting this vehicle was the mileage. It I got a bonus with electric everything. Heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, backup camera, navigation, Bluetooth, and the list goes on. I feel like a princess

The closest thing to perfection that I could find.

Initially I set out to purchase either a land rover, Audi, Alfa romeo or an infinity Suv. I test drove them all. "I bought a Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring" And I'll tell you why, to start with, the car is eye candy Especially with the soul red crystal paint, and the interior... well, it was better than all the rest. The handling is superb, and the ride great. Taking into consideration there's always a compromise with ride, if you're into sport handling. The controls are placed appropriately with the navigation, audio and drive assistance located at your finger tips on the center council While your arm is at rest. I have read some negative reviews concerning the storage in the rear. If this is a concern for you you may want to sacrifice elegant styling for a suitcase style rear end. I could really go on and on about this vehicle , it exceeds my expectations. At this time I would like to leave by noting one last item. All of the other Luxury Suv's that I drove have a 2.0 Turbo charged engine that required premium fuel. While my CX9 grand touring has a 2.5 l Turbo engine that requires only "regular fuel." ZOOM,ZOOM,ZOOM!

Family loves the new vehicle

Only driven about 2k miles so far and still under 20k so can't say anything about reliability thus far. My only problem with the vehicle is that I can't put Google maps into the navigation and the current navigation doesn't account for traffic and the route calculations. Very comfortable ride weather you sit in the front, middle, or back row. The bose sound system sounds amazing, and there are a lot of nice safety features your can adjust to your preferences or turn off entirely if you don't want them. The heads up display is a great feature. It would be even better if the navigation system in the vehicle were improved or just used Google maps.

Great car for the money!

A delight to drive! Striking exterior and beautifully finished interior. Reliable with all the luxuries you’ll find on much pricier brands. 2019 models have Apple CarPlay...I had to have it added to my 2018 model (I believe this should be standard on all models to be competitive). Fits 7 pax in comfort, and easy operation of seats in back to manipulate your interior space. Fun to drive and great sound system built in. Very happy!

Love my CX9

Great vehicle that crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s! It’s quiet, smooth and has a luxury car like ride that is so comfortable! Love the turbo 4 cylinder motor!

Luxury Feel, Reasonably Priced

I currently own the 2018 Mazda CX-9 Touring AWD in Soul Red Crystal with black leather interior. It also had the Touring Premium Package that includes the power moonroof, navigation, BOSE speakers, and XM Satellite radio. This car is a huge improvement over the previous Mazdas which were loud inside the cabin and out. It is very comfortable, comes with almost all safety features, and is the perfect family vehicle. It's 2.5L 4-cyl. Turbo engine gives it a lot of pep for a 4 cylinder in a larger vehicle. Best of all, it is fun to drive! My only complaint is that I wish the third row had a bit more leg room. It is perfect for children and smaller adults (my 5/2" wife can fit back there comfortably), but I would like to see that improved in future models. Overall, however, this vehicle has more than exceeded my expectations, and I will purchase another one once my lease is up in three years.

Most comfortable SUV i have driven

Just one issue, billowing smoke out of the exhaust when moderate acceleration. Looks like, according to dealer, filled on a bad batch of regular unleaded which had a high sulphur content so catalytic converter is blocked. Suggest super unleaded and check with the petroleum co. to get their sulphur rating.

Very enjoyable car to drive

Comfortable, quiet, fun to drive. Only complaint is that with 7 people on board the 245ish hp is sluggish. But, three were rather large!!! I cannot comment on reliability as the car is only 1 month old. So far so good.
