Serra Honda O'FallonReviews
Serra Honda O'Fallon review
I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

AutoNation Buick GMC WestReviews
AutoNation Buick GMC West review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new truck at Automation Buick GMC West. Megan, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. Matt in finance made the paperwork easy to understand and the loan process was smooth. Julio, the sales manager, was professional, courteous, and worked with the team to give me a great deal on my truck. Everyone I worked with was polite, honest, and treated me with respect from start to finish. I highly recommend Automation Buick GMC West to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience. Thank you, Megan, Matt, and Julio, for making this such an easy and enjoyable purchase!

Gray-Daniels Ford review
I want to give a huge thank you to Craig at Gray-Daniels Ford! He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My parents bought me and my brother a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox, and this was actually the 4th vehicle our family has bought from them. That says a lot about the trust and great service they provide. Craig was helpful, friendly, and made sure we had a great experience. We really appreciate everything he did for us. And as a bonus, they even have some really good popcorn while you wait! 😂 Highly recommend Craig and the team at Gray-Daniels Ford!

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
2018 Mazda CX-9 review
I like the interior features and the CX9 drives well, more like a sedan than SUV. I like the reliablity. It's the first non-Toyota I've purchased in over 20 years. The Highlander is a great SUV but for the money the CX9 is the better option. The features, cost, reliablity and driving performance made it more compelling to me.

Just purchased a 2022 Alas Cross Sport. We dealt with Kellen Pelzel, salesman. He was Polite and Professional and extremely helpful with all my questions. The staff was friendly, and the dealership was clean and airy. I recommend this dealership and this salesman. Ask for Kellen.

Excellent service and timeliness. Service advisor, Travis Liddington, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely return.
2018 Mazda CX-9 review
This SUV replaced a 2009 Saturn Outlook we owned, and it has excelled in everyway over that one! Luxurious interior better performance and gas mileage .Handles like a sports car and plenty of standard options! Cant say enough nice things about it! Only one thing and we knew that before we bought it that cargo space with third row seat was limited, other than that I am totally satisfied! Good warranty also! It only had 23000 miles on it, came off a lease so it was like new! Great used car buy! It's my daily driver.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
Sal at CarMax Duarte made the entire car-buying experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. When we returned the next evening to pick up our car, he was there exactly when he said he would be, had everything ready to go, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling, and no surprises—just outstanding customer service and a fantastic overall experience. I would highly recommend asking for Sal if you're shopping at CarMax Duarte.
