Normally I think of ?first class? as a pretty normal declarative phrase. No, really, how often do you hear that service was first class; the guy is first class; classy, classy, classy. But what impresses us the most is forthright human interaction. Honesty beyond doubt as noted in the voice, the eyes, the knowledge, the results.
