Love this car!!!!!

I cannot say anything negative about this car. I have owned 4 Mercedes prior to this one but this is the best so far. I am very happy with the car.

Smooth car

Excellent vehicle. Smooth ride. Great appealing. Awesome ambient lights that make the interior very welcoming! Purchased it a week ago and loving every bit of it while driving. It has a 3rd row that is spacious enough for kids too! Overall, very stylish and attractive in/out!

Parts falling off

I had the GLB-250 about a week and noticed the the rear bumper tow point cover was missing. I took it into the MB dealership to be fixed. They did so but charged me. A week old...come on ! It is a new automobile, It has both the new car warranty as well as a MB purchased Extended Warranty. It replacement part had a nylon attachment cord. The original obviously did NOT and obviously was NOT properly installed. I am disappointed in this.

Looks great but plagued with issues.

Owned for 8 months and in the shop for 3 brand new 2020 with myriad of major issues. Spoiler hatch, airbags and indicator lights, master console, now recall for water issue getting into footwell and shirting our car. The best or nothing?

Nice MB for the money. Price goes up quickly

GLB rates 4/5 all day long. Solid value, but gets to 50,000 quickly. Value at under 45,000. Beats the GLA hands down and looks better than the GLC. Could use a little more power on the Highway

Not as expected for a Mercedes

325 mi first in shop for SRS light. Fixed.? 1 month later back for same problem. Diagnostics didn’t show problem. In shop 2.5 weeks. Many things tried. Finally engineers in Germany said replace airbags and steering column. 1 month later another problem With turn signals and brake assist. Replaced steering column again. Have an attorney proceeding with lemon law.

Solid, great fit and finish

Moved up from a GLA250. Quality and features at a new level. Beautiful and great performance and handling. Electronics are much more informative than I expected or will probably ever use, not a bad thing.

The best in its class

This SUV is total luxury. We bought our GLB 250 via text and phone. The car and paperwork were delivered to our home. The sales manager sent their training specialist to our home to teach us about all the features and how to operate everything. The specialist set our phone and garage opener. Then the real treat came driving our new Mercedes.

Front suspension and AC problems

I leased it in the mid June 2020. Next week took to the dealership to fix the door sensor. (Was not locking properly), 2) AC was running warm and they drained freon (fingers crossed, but now it works..) 3) Front suspension makes noises on bumps... I took it twice to The dealership.. they replaced parts, but the problem still exist little bit. Overall car is very roomy, very nice design and I feel like its a great small suv if these problems would not exist.... Its my first new car and I did not expect to have a car at the dealership for 2 weeks..
