2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

Our experience started before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. My husband initially called about an Expedition we had seen online, but unfortunately, it had already been sold. We were immediately interested, and after seeing the photos, we made the two-hour drive the very next day to check it out in person. From that point on, Joe was exceptional. He was incredibly communicative through email, phone calls, and text messages, keeping us updated every step of the way. Since we were driving over two hours each way, he made sure everything was exactly as promised before we arrived. The vehicle was fully serviced, cosmetic repairs we had discussed were completed, and all of the paperwork was prepared and ready for us to sign. The entire process was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. It was absolutely worth the drive. What impressed us even more was how honest and customer-focused the entire experience was. There was never any pressure, and no one tried to upsell us on warranties, protection plans, or services we didn’t want. Instead, they listened to what was important to us and respected our decisions. Since we live in Connecticut and purchased the vehicle in New York, Joe and the team also worked with us to make sure the registration process for our home state went as smoothly as possible. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We absolutely love our new Expedition, and this was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back for our future car-buying needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe DeCarlo and the entire team to our family and friends. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.
