This is a great car to have..I purchased a used one back in 2021 for $600 bucks..one person owner.. when i got it ..it had a bad mass air flow sensor..I ordered it online..and i can say..that car hasnt disappointed me yet..it's still getting me around and out of town 😀

This car murdered my daughter19 teen just graduated from highschool worked at Panera restaurant .the seatbelt snapped and she was ejected from her DADS 1997 nissan altima !

23 years old with 255,00 miles! Mostly just basic maintenance has been done on her. When the time comes, it will be another Nissan for me as long as I can get it with a manual transmission!!

We bought this car in 2004 with 92k miles on it then. It is 14 years and its mileage is about 138k now. There was some repair work done as needed from time to time to and oil change was regular to keep it in good condition. The use was not more than 300 miles/month. It never stopped running in the middle of the road. Except for a flat tire we could rely on its mechanical components all the time!

My father bought this car in 2008, it was the first time I drove an automatic car and the driving experience was great. I can say it's a good car and if you wanna buy an old car, why not choosing it.

Owned one for 10 years, never had any trouble with it. Just do the oil, plugs, brake pads change when they are due and you will be fine.

This car will always have value to me, it was my first car that I owned! My dad bought it for me when I was in highschool. Even though I traded it in, I still miss it. I want it back! The fuel economy was awesome and I think it's such a cute car. I wish I had never let mine go. ILYJ

My 1997 Altima was the best car ever. It extremely reliable. My family has brought cars more up to date than mine and their cars are DEAD, BUT my Altima is still goind and in great shape as long as I keep up the minor maintanence. My car currently has 209,954 miles and still going strong. Recently I've had issues with CV Axles and a slight oil leak. I've had the oil leak fixed and will replace CV Axle soon. Other thn that, this car has been a blessing.
