This has been the worst car-buying experience in my life.

This has been the worst car-buying experience in my life. Stay away from these cars and these dealers. I leased my Polestar 3 back in the fall. There were problems with the delivery. There were problems with getting the math right in the deal (dealer problem), and there were problems with getting the car set up. The staff at the Polestar dealers are woefully trained as to how the car works and how to get it set up. Whoever designed the interior of this car should be taken out to the woodshed. It is a completely impractical car to use and creates distractions while driving as a result. The key cards are nearly useless as you have to take them out of your pocket or wallet to use them. What a waste. We were told the FOB, which needs to be charged constantly, was only for use with valet, but it is actually a full service fob and the only thing that acts like a traditional fob for a car. The app has only worked half the time. The car drives exceptionally well, but operating it is a disaster. The dealer sold me this as a luxury car buying experience it has been nothing like that. Service has been a disaster. To get a loaner, we have to go through Hertz. Cars are returned, not charged. My car has been at the dealer for a month getting fixed (picking it up was partially my issue because of travel), but they wanted me to spend time at the dealer going through the car. Taking time out of my day to do so. Once I did the car still didn't work properly.

I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less

I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!
