Solid, safe, comfortable vehicle
Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Freehold Subaru
I just bought my 3rd Forester from Freehold Subaru. I had a great sales experience with Yuliya and explanation of the car from John. Very happy with this dealership since moving to Freehold.

Great Vehicle
Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

Love my new Subaru Forester!
Just bought a 2024 Forester premium, and I love it! I especially love the excellent visibility and seating position. Very smooth ride and handling. Very nice looking car, inside and out, and very comfortable with lots of legroom. It’s got heated seats, moonroof, automatic headlights and just about every feature I could imagine wanting. I highly recommend it!

Good Looking
I bought the Sport model for its distinctive look outside and inside, The vehicle handles much better than my older Forester the steering is much more responsive and the ride is what I expected. Mine came with extras that I really enjoy using and the newer safety accessories are really informative and very useful.

Love this car
I love that in this modern age this car has regular switches & buttons for most functions. The heated seat switches are mechanical so the seats are warm when you enter the car from remote start. I listen to the radio so I don't care that it comes on with the car. The warning screen goes away after a few seconds, other brands require you acknowledge it to clear the screen. I found the seats to be comfortable. I am tall so I liked the extending steering wheel. I needed something to replace my old Wrangler this car (Wilderness trim) has the similar towing capabilities. Most new vehicles can't tow my trailer. The only thing I can complain about is how load the seat belt warning sound is and that it can't be disabled.

2024 Forester RAP musicb
Great car except for the fact you CANNOT turn off the radio! EVER! When you start the car, the engineers decided that you had to read a warning on the display screen. The warning: 'Drive carefully!' That display requires the radio be on. So they didn't give YOU the choice! At 81 years old, I didn't need to be told that! I've been driving for 67 years. Had I been told about that at the time of purchase, I would have walked out of the dealership. The only upside of the idiot engineer requirement was that somehow, the radio decided to self tune to a dirty RAP station while I was out of the car. When I next started the car, I got to learn three new four letter words. Good work Subaru America!
