LL bean Specialty Edition - Trouble!!

This car is shot at less than 130k. Replacement parts are expensive and hard to find. Engine is a cumbersome work on, so I've been told by three mechanics.

One of my favorite cars I've owned

Car is fun to drive has plenty of power and always gets you from point a to b without problems even in bad weather. Great family car with plenty of room for the kiddos.

Everything I was looking for in a Subaru

This cars been great for me. Upgraded from and Impreza sedan due to needing more cargo space and the Outback sure does deliver. Plenty of space I happen to have the 3.0 Limited. Good power, heater leather seats, huge moonroof and of coarse Subaru?s AWD system. So far no complaints, sport mode keeps things interesting although its an automatic gives you a touch of a manual feel. Overall very happy with everything from sounds system to ground clearance Its a great all around vehicle.

Amazing for a 12 year old vehicle

Picked this vehicle up a month ago with 132,000 miles. It looks, feels, and drives more like a vehicle that's 3 years old with 40,000 miles. The vehicle has a surprising amount of features (heated wipers, heated seats, additional power outlets in the rear, etc.) for what may be perceived as a mid-range import. Subaru's drive-train technology is truly unique and the more I read about it the more impressed I am with its simplicity and effectiveness.

Never judge a book or a car by its cover

I really liked the. At whenwe test drive it's d still do. Like many times. Uu I g a used. At there are things you don't see. Took it to mechanic to go thru and fix stuff as needed. It does have 132,000 miles on it and stuff wears out. I bought it because I am driving 80 Miles a day for my new job and did not want to run up mileage on my good car. I'm all I am happy with the car. Wish dealers could be a little more up front about condition of vehicles they are selling. For me, I rescued a very nice one owner Subaru Outback sedan. LL Bean edition. When I am done with it one of my grandsons gets it.

Nice SUV

Only one thing the front window gusset because the window are frameless model up to 2009. Test drive the car on a windy day on the higthway to make sure you don't hear any windy noise from outside.Good reliable car.

Hands down this is the best car I have ever had

Other than the headgasket issue which is standard on all Subaru's from around that model year, this is by far the best vehicle I have ever had. It is versatile, i have driven it on dirt trails where it held its own with Jeeps and other 4 wheel drive vehicles. I have taken it across the country 3 times, it was able to pull my roommate's car out of a snowdrift. It lasted a winter in the coldest incorporated town in the continental US. I have even lived out of the car for over 2 months with all of my gear and belongings packed on top. Always had great gas mileage, it was a perfect car for my needs. I would recommend to anyone.
