Excellent combination of comfort and performance

Has a smooth ride, quiet and the handeling is great. Turbo charged engine has alot of power and I average 26.5 mpg so far. Interior is very comfortable, seats are firm and supportive and well appointed however, interior storage in the door, counsel and glove box are too limited. That is my only negative comment .

Excellent technology, safety and engineering

Subaru is made in America and has outdid itself with the new outback. The safety features and build quality are excellent. You cannot get another vehicle with the same options for the price of a Subaru.

Nice Reliable car with great safety reviews

The Outback meets my family need for space and the safety features. The body style of the Outback is great and there is plenty of space for hauling items when we need it.

This is my 3rd Subaru

The Outback Limited XT is awesome! It has so many features. It’s the nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned. It’s comfortable with the thigh assist and heated seats. It can recognize your face and set your mirrors and seat position when you get in. Amazing!

Very Happy with it!

Ample leg-room for passengers, quiet and comfortable ride with gas mileage better than expected! Still learning the bells & whistles but enjoying the journey. Very pleased with the purchase!

Test drove in 5" of snow

Good acceleration for a 4 cyl, but its bigger than my previous 4cyl. It doesn't sound like a whiney 4cyl either. I was considering a 6 cyl, but this vehicle performed well. I specifically drove down to a large parking lot after a heavy snow. I was on dry pavement first then drove into the deep snow and came to a stop. I then lifted my foot off the brake and notice ample RPM and movement to gently move me forward, then I jumped on the gas and all 4 wheels provided superb traction and speed, with out slippage, to move me out of the snow. Love it!

30 Days after purchase

In the first 30 days of ownership, I have driven approximately 1,000 miles. I put about 250 city miles on it the first two weeks, then put five hundred hiway miles on it in 2 days, then over the last 2 weeks another 250 city miles. Got about 28mpg avg on the hiway, and get about 20mpg in town. I fill it with either E10 or E15. It drives very smoothly, and I like the lane departure and cruise control car distancing features. The steering wheel controls for radio volume, cruise control etc, are on the opposite sides from my previous vehicle, but only took a couple days to adjust. The cloth seats are very comfortable, nice looking and much cheaper than the leather option. Plenty of room in the back set for passengers and ample space in the hatch/luggage/storage back end.

Best vehicle I've every owned

Met all the needs I wanted in a vehicle. Rides and drives like a dream. Has great interior and exterior. Love all the bells and whistles it offers. Especially love the turbo that my Onyx has. I can quickly pass a slow moving car on our country roads or out on the main streets. Even my mom loves my car and she's not someone who cares about vehicles, at all.

Love the Subura, not a fan of the navigation syst,

The navigation system controls everything in the car, Phone calls, temp/ heat, heated seats, media, app, maps, etc. and it not easy to see if the sun is shining on it, Plus it not user friendly system. In the area between the two front seats DOES NOT have a lot of storage space for item, example. Face masks, hand sanitizer, cell phone and the door panels have every little space. The whole console are feel jammed and very tight. Car mug holder are very deep over 8 inches deep, very hard to get coffee or water bottles out of the holder. That area is Very tight, you have the coffee cup holder the shift stick and a very small storage area 3 across and 4 inches deep and 5 inches wide just big enough to store a small bottle of hand sanitizer and cell phone. I'm sorry I get the car wish I had spent more shopping. Also the gas mileage is not that great about 25.4 miles to the gallon.
