Great car to own. No complaints from the car. Love the self driving feature, web browser, sound system and the look of the car. Just need white interior

The car was taken to change a part and they changed it with a wrong part. On top of that when i helped them understand what was going on the "technician" said sorry on behalf of my team we will change it over the air. Yes!! he said he will change a part over the air. Not sure what they do there... Tesla service stations cannot get scheduling right, cannot get parts right, cannot get to the phone, cannot give a promised phone call back within the time frame, cannot give a loaner car... what can they do other than fake promises.. and above all the value of the car has been decreasing .. so now even if i want to get rid of it ... i lose.... All you guys are doing is OVERpromising and not delivering....

Great daily driver. Very quick acceleration and handles much better than I expected. Regular over the air firmware updates continually add new features. Free charging at my office has made this car basically free to operate for more than a year.

This car is perfect for every scenario. Stylish, luxurious, and hot! Most intuitive interface system and it constantly receives updates! Not to mention, this car is the first and only car available for purchase that will drive entirely by itself! Nothing else like it in the world.

Will admit, I was reluctant at first. I was able to find a comparable gasoline powered premium car (albeit slightly used, which is my strategy for dodging the depreciation cliff that happens in year 1 - I owned two G80's that I absolutely loved) for less money. But I was so tired of the cars I purchased becoming so obsolete so fast, so I begin really digging into research around Tesla. What did it for me was the almost fanatic way owners bragged about their model 3s. I had never seen this before. Tons of Youtube videos and written reviews are dedicated to people who will tell you why they love their cars so much. Now after a two weeks of ownership, I can honestly say that I see why people are so fanatic. This is by FAR the best buying decision I've ever made!! I absolutely love driving my model 3. I literally find myself figuring out reasons to go out just so I can drive it! It is a joy for so many reasons: 1. Tech will blow you away. You quickly realize after only a few hours of ownership how unnecessary buttons, dials, knobs and gauges really are. The autonomy features are amazing. The car is incredibly smart. 2. Comfort. It is so quiet its almost eerie. 3. Updates - the over the air updates (coupled with lack of knobs and buttons) means unlike other cars, yours will never become obsolete. How many other cars can you purchase that become 20-30% better each year!! 4. Accessories - holy cow. there are a ton of things you can do to accessorize your vehicle after you purchase it, which I'll admit, has been fun. 5. Performance. I watched the Corvette C8 unveil yesterday, and how they were saying the base model will do 0-60 in about 5 sec. I can do it in my daily driver in 4.7! And let me tell you, when you're getting on the freeway and need to pass, no gas powered car can outrun you! its simply the fastest car I've ever driven - and I don't even have the performance model. I literally find myself laughing at all the Mercedes, BMWs and Audi's I pass. Now some things I have to live with for all the benefits outlined above: 1. Springs are a bit stiff. I wish there was a comfort suspension mode for times when I don't want to be as connected to the road. 2. Wish there was a moonroof option 3. Apple Car Play would be nice only because it's what I was used to. 4. Range mileage can be misleading, so you need to pay attention. Best advice I received was buy the most range you can afford. I did and don't regret that. 5. Streaming service sometimes cuts out, so I end up relying more on my Apple Music from my phone. All that said, I will more than likely never purchase a gasoline powered car again! This is by far the best and most fun car experience I've ever had! Would highly recommend!

The car is like driving the future. When I get back into my wife's car which is a Toyota Sienna it feels like I am driving a horse and buggy. The acceleration and responsiveness is amazing on the Tesla. Did I mention I haven't been to a gas station in a long time and its great? Also, there is zero maintenance. No engine means no oil changes.....and you hardly use the brakes because of power regeneration when you release the accelerator. ...tire rotations is about it.

It's the future, it's fast, it's fun, it's comfortable. everyday I can't wait to drive it. Few issues on delivery that Tesla had to fix (wind noise, software issues) but I'm OK with that.

I feel compelled to write this review so people know how amazing the Tesla is. I bought a Tesla Model 3 about 3 months ago and am so impressed! There is so much thought put into this car. Everything to the finest detail has been given so much thought and care and is of excellent quality and so cool! The list is endless. Everything has a reason for why it is. It's so comfortable and fun to drive that when I drive any other car now, I have Tesla withdrawal. I feel like I'm in another peaceful, comfortable, joyful world when driving my Tesla. My brother has the Tesla S and loves it too. Elon Musk is a genius and appreciate him so much now. Thank you for making this marvelous, thoughtful car! And making it affordable for those who are middle income to buy one! If your thinking of getting a Tesla, test drive one and you will see that this car is as impressive and beautiful as it looks!

Best car of my life. Fast, functional, stylish. It's like driving a piece of the future. I love never having to stop for gas, most of my commuting is under 200 miles per day, and it recharges overnight. A great audio system combined with streaming media has opened my world to new music an podcasts, while keeping my favorite songs saved. The driver alert warnings it has increased my situational awareness and kept me safer in traffic. The back up camera is large enough you can see what's behind you. The security features are great, Cameras which can record who scratches your car, connectivity to let you always know where your car is parked. Plus, a Dog mode which allows pets to stay cool inside... amazing. It's no wonder all the other car manufactures are pissed of at Tesla, they must change to keep up with the revolution.
