2018 Tesla Model X consumer reviews

Horrendous experience all around. Our original car was damaged in transit. They gave us a different one as a substitute. This car is a lemon. In the process of spending 20+ days in the shop over the first 4 months of ownership, we have come to realize that the company is extremely poorly run. No one is in charge and no one is accountable for anything. This is a ship without a rudder. You might get lucky and get a good car, but if you don't, you are screwed like us. Go somewhere else.

Awesome electric vehicle, very fast, all kinds of options, great looks. Very cool falcon wing doors. Love not having to go to gas station and waiting in line. When they make new vehicles with lower price tags and more people can buy their going to love it.

I used to be an Audi lover with 2 sitting in my garage. Once I bought my Tesla, driving my Audi's seems like such a chore. I never thought I would feel that way. It's got tons of storage, very fast, extremely agile and handles snow like a champ. The falcon wing doors make it easy to get into and buckle kids in middle row.

I have owned a Land Rover. I have driven most car brands. Tesla vehicles definitely exceed the hype. This SUV feels bigger on the inside, drives and accelerates like it's not big at all. The autopilot feature learns and gets better with time. The regular over-the-air updates from Tesla essentially improve your vehicle every few months. Only downside: If you are very introverted and do not like attention from passersby who always get thrilled once the Model X Falcon wing doors open up, then consider a less exciting vehicle.

Great transition from smooth to fast, takes off like a jet, lots of cool IT electronics, opens door for you, actually can dance the Elon Eggs

I am forever in love with this vehicle. I am saving every dollar so i can buy it. This is not a car - this is the ultimate driving experience -- PERIOD. No words -- GO TEST DRIVE IT!!!!!!!
