Used Acura ADX for sale near Blackhawk, CA

This is an amended review - I got the star ratings backward last week. I have not previously had as good an experience with a car dealer as I did here. They were honest, patient and offered a very good deal on the car I purchased. I have rarely been impressed by either the knowledge or professionalism of car dealers generally. These guys are exceptional.

Fantastic service! All tasks completed in a timely manor and my car washed and vacuumed. With a lender when needed. Brock and Jordan get the job done. Thank you.

I bought a used Honda Civic. The interaction with the sales and finance personnel was a pleasant experience and helpful too. They were very professional. They offered a good deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Treated myself to a Detail Special on my 2015 TLX. Looks great! They have always taken great care of me. Jordon was very nice and professional. Appreciated the complimentary Uber ride, too.

I went to Hopkin's Acura to search for new vehicles. The first time I went, one of the gentlemen offered to take me on a windy backroad instead of the normal freeway loop that every other dealership typically goes for. At a second visit to Hopkin's, a younger salesman again offered to take us to a windier backroad in order to better experience the SH-AWD, and I took him up on his offer. After visiting several other dealerships, including other Acura's, this offer had never been made before. If you like to drive, and like to drive acuras, I would highly recommend giving these folks a look

Bought a used car and it was well serviced by the dealer. New tires and wiper blades and detailed without any swirls. They also had the detailer spend a few hours removing the carpool lane stickers. Buying process was easy and I got the best financing rate from their lender. Bathrooms were clean but a bit dated and the sinks have almost no water pressure. The coffee machine made decent coffee for a machine.

Took the vehicle in for periodic service for the oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change based on the maintenance minder. Prices were competitive for a dealership. My service advisor with whom I trusted for the past 5 years is no longer working there. My secondary choice is Gary but I was assisted by a new advisor and possibly new service manager, Jordan. He was friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs. He followed up with me concerning the findings of the technician through the multi-point inspection and provided me with options to address the mechanical issues without pressure. Overall, the service was great from the initial meeting the advisor through the time spent paying the cashier. The estimated time to complete the work was relatively quick and on point. I received a detailed car wash and courtesy vacuuming, which was a nice bonus. I was happy with my most recent visit.

Recently we have great car buying experience at Acura of Pleasanton. We are specially impressed by friendly and no-pressure dealing with Steve and Victor. Both of them are awesome, understood our requirements and worked with us on the deal which works for us. I must mention that, when we were going through the lot and exploring cars, Steve took initiative to come out of dealership and greeted and inquired...he was friendly through out the buying process. Actually we were going to another larger dealership, but the personalize attention, respect and flexibility we received at this dealership, made us complete the purchase same day. I must also mention about Victor, who is great in going through various purchasing options and help us reach what we were looking for. If you go to this dealership, ask for these two gentlemen

I called made appointment with this dealership and the experience was great all around. From the time I walked in Jordan assisted me by explaining everything they will be doing and checking based on the maintenance reminder on my dash board. The location has a very nice waiting area nice chair and desk with free wifi for me to log in and work while they working on my car. It was done on time as promised. Jordan advised me what was done and what needs to be done in the future with no pressure. The best part of all after done , he took extra time to show me how to use my cell phone via blue tooth and how to navigate and adjusting my driver sit to the distance I need using the future my Acura offers. Thank you Jordan and the Acura Oakland crew for the good service.
