I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. Annu responded immediately to my initial inquiry, went to bat for me early on pricing, secured the vehicle so that it was reserved for me, promptly addressed some paperwork preferences I had, arranged for the car to be shipped, again went to bat for me when I requested a late change in price, and assured that the car was taken care of in transport. I asked a lot of Annu in this transaction and he came through each and every time. Thank you Annu! Fantastic performance!

Was just coming to LOOK AT a used CRV and not buy. Valarie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable as she told us about the car and all its features. Then she took us on a test drive. I met Sharon Gluschenko while getting my hair cut by our mutual stylist. She was waiting for her appointment, and John introduced us. Sharon told me about ACS and how they could help find any vehicle I might be looking for. This was shortly before our mutual stylist moved to Mesquite. Not long after, it was time to say goodbye to our 2018 RAV4 and hello to a 2025 Palisade. We had done our research and even test-drove one—we loved it. So we went to ACS and spoke with John. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and there was no pressure or hassle whatsoever. He found the exact car we wanted the same day, and just a few days later, we were driving our new Palisade—at a price below the sticker!
