CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

He went above and beyond by finding service discounts and walking me through a prepaid service package, which I enrolled in. He kept me updated throughout the process and took the time to call and explain recommended services, including costs, so I could make informed decisions. He’s knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. I also appreciated his insights on future vehicle options. Checkout was quick and convenient with online payment ahead of pickup. Only improvement would be the loaner vehicle, which could have been cleaner. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to Landon’s excellent service.
