CarMax Tulsa review
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

Muller's Woodfield Acura review

Jeffrey was our designated sells person, he introduced himself with a big smile, he was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure my brother who is a Spanish speaker only understood the process and showed him options to meet my brother’s expectations with no hesitation, he listened to his concerns and answered all of his questions, the sells process was stress free and not pushy at all. Great customer satisfaction, we felt very lucky to have someone who is bilingual go above and beyond, that made us feel very comfortable.
