I recently visited Ira Acura in Westwood, MA for new tires and state inspection stickers, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. My service advisor, Damian, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and took great care of me. The technician, Jaquari, who handled the tire installation and inspection, did a fantastic job as well. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car drives extremely smooth- like it?s gliding. I also really appreciated the complimentary car wash and detail that came with the service ? it was a nice touch that left my car looking fresh and clean. If you?re in the Westwood area and need Acura service (or any service, really), I highly recommend Ira Acura. Great team, great service, and fair pricing. Ira Acura Westwood is my only choice for car service.
