CarMax Ocala of Ocala review
Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

I have been going to Tim Smith Acura for 17 years! I have been pleased with every automobile transaction I’ve had with them. I recently purchased my 2019 RDX that I had leased for 3 years. As usual, everything went smoothly. My Sales Rep, Earl Youngblood, was great. He handled everything for me in a timely manner with my best interest at heart. Joe Bullard Acura review
A few days ago I had the pleasure of buying my first Acura. John McBryde made it a very positive experience and was professional throughout the process. The trip to the dealership was with the intent to buy and John drove the RDX SH-AWD A-Spec off the showroom floor for the test drive. From the initial greeting to being handed the keys, it was a total of 3 hours or less. I will definitely look for John the next time we're in the market to purchase!
