Zimbrick Acura review
I leased a Jetta: - sales person was very helpful in describing all of our lease options and additional costs associated with the vehicle. I particularly needed to know the exact upfront costs (itemized) and monthly payments before making a decision. - the vehicle I leased was not available at this particular store so my sales person needed to located and trade for this vehicle: this was handled seamlessly and turnaround was superb. - I was able to setup a time that worked for me when picking up the vehicle and my request to expedite my time spent completing the necessary paperwork was met. Acura of Brookfield review
I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)
